A perfect stay for our family's 1st disney trip!

We had an amazing stay! The house was a perfect fit for our family of 6, and we really loved the location. It was close enough to the parks that getting there was easy, but we also appreciated the location on our rest days when we could just hang out, swim, and relax. Having stores nearby was super convenient too. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay!

Pros - Very Cute rental for a small family. Love that it’s gated. Very Clean. Basic supplies available. Comfortable King bed. Slept great. Great shower pressure. Fridge has water and ice maker. AC worked great. Loved that they had portable fans for use. Cons- Some miscommunication as I normally communicate through the VRBO app as I get so many emails. Can’t use the grill unless you pay an extra charge. Was surprised to see grill locked up. No washcloths. Had to buy some.Pizza cutters are a necessity at a VRBO, we made it work with a knife. Couldn’t leave front porch light on due to motion activated. Prefer to leave on. First house on left as you enter subdivision is like a car lot. Not a good first impression as you enter.

We would, however, like to clarify a few items for future guests. Grill: The grill is clearly advertised as an optional paid amenity in our VRBO listing. This is due to the additional cleaning charge required to professionally clean the grill. Additionally, after booking, guests complete a form where they can select or decline optional amenities, including the grill, pool heat, and travel insurance. We also send a reminder email approximately one week before arrival offering these options again. We make every effort to communicate these details in advance so there are no surprises. Communication: We understand that guests receive many emails, which is why we provide important information at multiple points before arrival. We are always happy to answer questions through VRBO messaging as well. Household Items: We appreciate the feedback regarding washcloths and the pizza cutter and will review these items to ensure our home is properly stocked for future guests. Exterior Lighting: The front porch light is motion-activated for convenience and security. We understand some guests may prefer a light that remains on continuously but this would run the risk of the light not being on when guests arrive back to the property creating a dark unsafe entryway. Neighborhood: We take great pride in our home and the gated community in which it is located. Our HOA maintains strict property appearance standards, including regulations regarding exterior modifications, parking, and even trash can visibility. We will certainly forward your observation regarding the neighboring property to our HOA for review, as maintaining the neighborhood's appearance is important to all of us. We appreciate your positive comments about our home and are glad you found it clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We continually work to provide an excellent experience for our guests and appreciate the opportunity to clarify these details for future travelers.

Great place to stay

Yelleville on sunset was perfect for us. The house was very nice and clean while also close enough to all Disney attractions to make it a nice easy drive. The outdoor patio is a perfect spot for enjoying breakfast or a dip in the pool after a long day.

Nice home and cozy

The house is cozy not a lot of living space , was very clean and host was very responsive, kitchen was very bare great place to stay for a short time... Very close to all attractions.. would recommend for a small amount of people..

Just Like Home

Best holiday, excellent accommodation, highly recommend.

Such a lovely property, we really enjoyed our stay and would rebook. Everything is thought of, home from home. Has great pool with plenty of outdoor space to relax. Location great, 10 mins to Disney gates, half hour to Universal, not in busiest times (add 10 mins) but for getting to parks early before opening not long at all. Only 5 mins to some lovely restaurants, Walmarts, gifts shops etc. lovely gated community, highly recommend.

the house was a perfect place to stay. everything needed once we walked in the house. made our vacation time so much easier. never want to stay at a hotel when you have a perfect vacation home to relax. i have to thank Justin for all his updates and would recommend the house .

Great place to stay in Kissimmee! Very clean, plenty of room & had all the amenities you need (including fans which most places don't provide). Great house!

After a long day in the Disney parks this was a wonderful house to come back to and relax. Our kids loved the heated pool as it was still a little chilly in the mornings and evenings. The house was stocked with everything we needed to cook each night which was nice as well! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, clean property close to everything

We loved our stay at Yelleville! The house was immaculately clean and the backyard was beautiful. All beds had a very comfortable mattress topper and the living space was spacious and open. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook for my family and the neighborhood was quiet.
