This is a wonderful condo, with a spacious, usable floor plan. The unit is very well upgraded and equipped, and its location is an easy walk to Kings and Queens shopping and A-A beach. Highly recommended.

Excellent accommodation

Great location: close to beach, shopping and restaurants. Open air workout facility: cardio machines and some weights-enough to get by. Nice having washer/dryer in house and snorkel and beach gear to use. Simple check in and out, responsive host. Could use a little sprucing up with interior paint but would still recommend.

This condo was perfect for us, and had everything we needed for a nice and relaxing vacation. It was clean and spacious, with a nice lanai. We particularly appreciated how well stocked it was, with everything from premium coffee, detergent, beach towels, spices, lots of pots and pans and a bunch of beach gear. The hosts clearly put a lot of thought and effort into making sure guests have everything needed for a successful stay. Shops and restaurants are a five minute walk, and beach is about 3/4 of a mile. A one minute drive with ample parking for those who prefer not to walk. Would definitely stay here again.

A perfect place to stay on the Big Island

Our stay was perfect. The property managers promptly answered all of our emails. The check-in process was painless. The unit was clean and tidy, and very well equipped (with everything from a cooler to plenty of toilet paper). We stayed in Fairway Villas units under different management in 2015 and 2021 and had a great time, but this time everything was even better. Thanks!

Clean New appliances. Well stocked with everything you could need including a large cooler with cold packs for Costco runs. Good location within the complex. We will definitely rebook in the future.
