This spacious home has a wonderful location to everything you will want to do while in Asheville. Monthly discounts! Please message for inquiries.

The rental includes a private entrance, a large bedroom with a King size bed( New Zinus 12in Memory Foam King Mattress), walk in closet, modern kitchen with dining space that opens to living area, an outdoor patio with seating, a spacious bathroom with walk in shower, full size tub, and double vanity. Abundant off street parking, and HiGH SPEED WIFI access. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to highway and downtown. Guests will have access to the entire house and private outdoor area.

Located just down from Biltmore Village (Biltmore Estate) and just a few minutes to the center of downtown. Just down the street from several breweries, shops, restaurants, grocery stores, art galleries, antique barns, and HWY 40. This location is central to everything Asheville. Please note that there is a separate apartment above with separate entrance that is not a part of this rental. It is not connected to other apartment from inside.

It’s less than a 10 minute drive from lots of Asheville hot spots and it was very comfortable. The host was very easy to communicate with. It made our honeymoon very nice and easy. We would stay here again.

This place was very cute, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Great location for several attractions like the Biltmore Estate and the Blue Ridge Parkway. The only issue we had was the noise from the upstairs apartment. Especially in the evening.

This place was so clean! There was a laundry detergent pod on the washer for us which was great because this was our second stop on our trip and needed to do some laundry. We had everything we needed with grocery store close to make breakfast each morning! And it was close to the areas we wanted to visit as well as the Biltmore! It was just like home!

The heating system needs something more advanced to control the temperature. Some of the drinking glasses had a heavy film on them from over washing and need to be retired. The dishwasher didn’t dry properly after selecting the heater dry option. Great place and location!! Very comfortable place to stay!!

Great location very close to The Biltmore and downtown Asheville. The apartment was clean and linens were nice. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and shower are spacious enough and well organized. All amenities were up to date. It is very cute and well decorated.The only negative was it is a downstairs unit. There is no sound barrier or noise absorption from the upstairs unit. Their walking about and activity was very loud until 11pm.

Very noisy upstairs neighbor. Heat was not functioning correctly. Too hot in living room and controls not working. Cold cement floors. Heat in bedroom cracked and groaned all night so couldn't sleep. Dirty silverware in kitchen. Checked out after 1 night and got only 25% refund as owner would not refund more!

Lovely property in a great location to many things. Enjoyed the local breweries and restaurants and enjoyed the homeiness of the rental and how the owner made you feel at home. Would stay again and hope too!
