Condo looked and smelled very clean. Beautiful view of the ocean/beach. If you forget something, i.e. shampoo, body wash, Q tips, they have quite a few items there. We had a wonderful stay.

Overall great stay in a perfect beachfront location! Would love come back in the near future. We stayed here for 3 nights, the last week of August. We took advantage of the beach, pool and short walk to restaurants.

Family vacation

Everything was great, except the listing states there is a washer/dryer but Buyer beware, it is NOT in the unit and although it is located in the public storage area beside the unit, the 2 per load washing machine is rusted so it eats your money and the dryer has one setting, HOT! So, that would be the only disadvantage to this one. It was very clean and pool was super nice!

Beautiful

The property itself is wonderful inside. The pool is great. We had everything we needed and the beach was fantastic. A very unpopulated area even though Cocoa Beach itself is pretty busy. We had a wonderful time and the only thing wrong is we didn’t plan a long enough stay!

Well equipped condo with a great location to the beach and pier. Grocery, shopping, and places to eat within walking distance. Wendy the host was very responsive to questions and communication. Two coffee makers with drip or kuerig. Also various kitchen tools and essentials such as oil, some spices, filters, etc. check-in before going grocery shopping. Beach gear is plentiful and everything you need such as chairs, boards, coolers, toys, noodles, etc. we have stayed at another unit in this building but greatly prefer this unit on the top floor and generous amenities and cleanliness.

Love the location

The location is perfect for quick access to the beach and the pier. The condo was clean and had most of the things we needed. The only complaint was the beds. They weren’t comfortable, very hard. A mattress topper would probably help a lot. Other than that, it was a great stay!

The most well equipped place we’ve stayed. Shampoo, soap, Saran Wrap, tea, sugar! Oh my! Didn’t sit inside once and sat on patio with view of ocean. Publix is across the highway. Multiple restaurants with take away service. Pool is great. Thanks!!

We had an amazing time in Cocoa Beach staying at the Cocoa Beach Towers VRBO. The condo was just as pictured on the VRBO site. The little touches set out by the owner were appreciated. The view from the balcony and our time in the pool were just awesome. The only thing we had an issue with, at no fault of the owner of the condo, is the coin operated dryer on the 5th floor did not dry very well and after 2 drying cycles, our clothes were still not completely dried. We would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone staying in the Cocoa Beach area.

Great Condo

The condo and pool are both great; their location is perfect and they were clean, clean. The property is very well maintained. The beach is beautiful and there is coded access to and from the beach. The beach is quiet in this area. The pier is in walking distance and is a little more crowded. The condo's storage unit only had 2 low sand chairs and a few boogie boards but no beach umbrella. We found 2 beach umbrellas in the master bedroom closet as we did a final sweep of the condo on our last day! Make sure you go to the Kennedy Space Center which is less than 30 minutes away. We will definitely return to this condo.

Beautiful, met all our needs!

We enjoyed a (too short!) stay and were pleased with our entire experience. Booking was easy and the property did not disappoint as it had a pool, easy access to the beach as well as beautiful views! Watching the sun rise from our balcony was awesome. We walked to several restaurants and enjoyed great drinks and great food! The one thing I didn't ask about was the beach equipment included. There are only 2 chairs and we had 4 adults. They do have rentals on the beach-just look closer to the pier for umbrellas and chairs. I had questions during our stay and Wendy got right back to me, which was so helpful. Publix was practically across the street. Everyone was very friendly, but it never felt crowded. We would stay here again and hope to book again in the future.

Very nice condo with a great view

Our first time to Cocoa Beach after 4 days at Disney. The condo was the perfect place to relax and unwind. First the balcony and ocean/pier view were just beautiful! Get up and watch a sunrise if you can! The condo itself was nicely updated and had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. There was plenty of space in every room. Good storage space in closets and dressers which sometimes can be an issue in some condos. The unit had covered parking too. Pool was warm and the beach was great with easy access to restaurants, Publix, coffee (Dunkin), and the pier! The condo doesn’t have laundry inside but there is coin laundry right next door which was manageable. There are two washers and dryers of good size which helped. I suggest bringing quarters of your own if planning to do laundry as getting them locally was a chore. $2.50 per load (wash/dry). The owner of the unit was very accommodating and responsive to all my questions. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Cruise ships are five min away at Port Canaveral and pass by the condo regularly.
