Private 2 bedroom townhome with modern finishes

Newly updated, end unit, townhome in the Barnum neighborhood. Two bedrooms both with queen size beds. The larger bedroom has a dedicated work space and you will find high speed internet throughout the home.
Quiet and fun neighborhood only a 7 minute drive to downtown or take the new bike path a ride into downtown in less than 15 minutes. Also has quick access to 6th Ave to quickly get to the mountains on the weekends. Enjoy the modern and spacious kitchen or relax outside with a cup of coffee in the mornings. The beds are new and high quality so you will enjoy a good nights sleep.
Two miles from Belmar shopping center with a huge Wholefoods, Target and many other fun shopping options.
Enjoy the nearby, well maintained public parks and greenways, including Sloan's Lake Park.
