IndioStay is a versatile vacation home that allows for lounging or partying peacefully by the pool… Just 5 min away from the Polo Grounds, where Coachella Fest and Stagecoach are held. Fabulous entertainer's backyard makes this home resort-like with a saltwater pool, spacious heated jacuzzi with a waterfall, BBQ Grill, fire pit, and lighting. The surround sound speakers and water slide make it great for entertaining guests.

The home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a bonus space casita with 2 double-size beds and one extra space in the living room that is used as an additional guest's space with a queen-size sofa bed. We provide 2 extra rollaway beds also.

Only 5 min away from Fantasy Spring Casino. Palm Desert, about 15 min driving, where you can find the Shops on El Paseo featuring designer boutiques, plus restaurants and art galleries. 25 min away from the Aqua Caliente casino and downtown Palm Springs.

POOL HEAT - Pool heat is $100/night. Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance before your arrival if you’d like the pool heated (yes, it really does take that long for the water to warm!) Heating all the water in the pool takes an enormous amount of energy. Target temperature is 85 degrees. We are unable to heat the pool for only a portion of your stay.

NO GLASS NEAR or INSIDE POOL ALL CHILDREN AGES 0-16 MUST BE SUPERVISED BY ANY ADULT AROUND POOL AND SPA! No standing or jumping on the water slide
Please respect our neighbors by keeping the noise down after 10:00pm. The city takes this very seriously and will send the police to the house.

Amazing experience

The house was wonderful! Very clean, even nicer than the photos, the kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfy, plenty of fresh towels. The host was extremely responsive and kind. I highly recommend staying here

Family Christmas

Our family flew in from all over the place and a total of 8 adults and 4 children stayed here. This home is located within walking distance to a grocery store and centrally located to all the sites. The house was perfect, pool was incredible and I had instant access to the host.

New years 2023

Family gathered from Cali and Oregon for a new years weekend. Fun around the pool, some wonderful bbq, a great dress up dinner at Wally’s Desert Turtle and of course, chilling in the sunshine. We made time for date shakes at the date museum. The house was perfectly set up for our group.
