This idyllic surrounding is nothing without the endless possibility of kayaking, swimming, sailing (your own mooring), tennis/pickle ball (tennis court on property), long walks and biking or just reading on the porch that overlooks the fine view.

I built this house with my father in the late 50s and have enjoyed the swimming, sailing, tennis and relaxing surroundings ever since and hope that others can enjoy it when my children and grandchildren are not. I have been a strong supporter of the local community and actively involved in making the local Wings Neck community that makes this area so special.

Why they chose this property

This quiet 2.5 acre lot features a beautiful garden that and wooded surroundings with a large lawn that stretches down to a marshy shore front with beach access. This property is part of community with more beach access and quiet roads that allow for quiet walks through the woods or on the access roads.
