The Cottage: One bedroom w/mini fridge & private bath.
This historic little cottage boasts an incredible location for wine tasting and gorgeous views. Adjacent to the historic Hillcrest Orchard Estate, and next to RoxyAnn Winery, The Cottage will not disappoint for your next getaway! The Cottage has one bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, and a small coffee bar setup. This listing does not have a kitchen. If you need a space with a kitchen please see The Carriage House -
The space The cottage, built in 1926 and, though greatly cared for, shows its age in some places. It sits adjacent to the historic 250 acre Hillcrest Orchard estate on the outskirts of Medford. A rural feel but close to many amenities. RoxyAnn Winery is right next door. Approximately 10 miles to the Britt Festival Pavilion and 14 miles to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival in Ashland. Crater Lake is only a 1 1/2 hour drive. We are the perfect halfway point between Seattle and the Bay Area Other things to note: This space is also used by bridal parties to prepare for weddings held on the grounds.
This is a working orchard, vineyard, and winery/tasting room. Workers begin early however we try to limit work around The Cottage before 8:00 am.
