Overall, we loved the house and the location and would totally stay here again but would ask the owners to change/update a few things:1. The golf cart isn’t great and we suggest it needs a serious tune-up and some maintenance work. 2. Two of the toilets flush and fill back up very slowly and we got worried a couple of times. 3. The amount of emails we received leading up to our vacation was unmanageable. I haven’t counted but if I had to guess I’d say there were 50 emails. All that being said, we loved the proximity to everything and had a great time!

This beautiful home was perfect for our group! The location was close to shopping, beach, and food and everything was easily accessible by bike, golf cart, or walking.

Wonderful family getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. There was plenty of space for eight adults and two small children and the location was perfect. We absolutely loved having the amenity passes to Watercolor and being able to use the golf cart for easy transportation. Overall it was an amazing trip and we would absolutely stay here again without hesitation!

This house was just perfect for our family. It was close to everything we needed. The golf cart was a plus as well. I would definitely rent it again. Just beautiful!

Great location. Communication with southern homes was flawless. Golf cart was a fun addition; made dining and shopping easier. Teenagers had a blast circling beach club and pools.

It’s a beautiful house that was clean. Although we had no hot water the last day, a flat tire on the golf cart, and loud construction noise right next-door making it very hard to enjoy any outdoor patios or decks!

Phenominal house and location. It does not come with bicycles, so you will need to rent them if you go. I think the original listing said it had bicycles. This house was absolutely perfect and so nice. We will be staying again!
