The property stated ocean front but it’s across the street from the ocean with a very small view of the ocean. Also the 2 patio chairs outside need upgrading very badly .

Great for college kids

Place was a great location for college kids looking to party but I wouldn’t consider this place if you want a calm family vacation. Unfortunately our fridge and toilet was broke and I contacted the property manager and it was fixed. The window also started to leak when it was raining and I contacted the property manger again about it. Again loved this place for anyone looking to party.

Fun on the beach

What we liked - close to restaurants - clean and easy check-in - full size fridge - balcony! Issues were small, but may be important to some - 5th floor and a broken elevator - internet out for 24 hours, Direct TV out all week - Next to Palace bar and cleavlander, bring ear plugs - kitchen not equipped for cooking, but fine for simple breakfast and lunch foods We enjoyed our stay, but will probably not return simply because of noise level. We’ve been to this area many times, but just didn’t realize how loud the Palace is. Hopefully the elevator gets fixed.
