Good location that’s an easy walk to a lot of North Park spots, but just far enough away that it’s quiet. - Rooms were clean. - Water pressure in the bedroom bath shower was very low.- Would be nice to have a few more little amenities such as ice cube trays in the freezer, a blow dryer in the bathroom, toaster, etc. All in all, a good spot and stay.

Great apartment in a central location

We were in town for a wedding and were very happy with the property and its proximity to restaurants, groceries, coffee — all within a 5 min walk. Property was very clean and had everything we needed, nice fans in every room, even an iron. Easy access to the freeway too. Would stay again.

Great location!

Perfect fit for two adults and three kids! Ideal location in North Park with Starbucks right next door. Easy to walk to restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and CVS for essentials. 10 minute drive to Balboa Park and zoo. Host gave clear directions for check in and check out and was easy to reach. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Great location

We recently stayed at this VRBO in North Park San Diego. The location is great; especially if you like craft beer and great places to eat. The owner was great at communicating and even allowed us into the property very early on our first day. The location was clean and secure. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice two bedroom condo in North Park. On a side note, if you go, make your way to "The Friendly" for the best doggone burger at a little hole in the wall a few doors down from a nice brewery.

Great vacation for the grandkids

We visited the Zoo, SeaWorld, Legoland, beach and several other things, the location was perfect . No long distances to travel. Louis was super to work with always answered or text. Wish we could give him a higher rating than 5 stars. The house was clean and very comfortable.

Great location with everything you need!

We enjoyed staying at this property because it was spotless & has everything you need. It’s walking distance to so many things: CVS, Baron’s Market grocery, coffee shops, breweries & restaurants. I highly recommend Nomad’s donuts for breakfast & City Tacos! It’s also a short drive to Balboa park & accessible to any direction you need to go in to see the San Diego must-do’s. Louis communicates quickly & was very understanding when our initial flight to the area was canceled. Would absolutely stay here again if we come back to San Diego!

Wonderful stay!

My family and I loved this property! The host was amazing and very responsive, the property itself is very beautiful, clean, comfortable and organized and the location can’t be beat. You can walk everywhere to get anything from coffee, groceries, dinner, visit a playground, shopping at boutiques, etc… and the area is very safe, hip and trendy too plus the parking right onsite was a huge bonus… oh! And you’re 15-20 mins drive to everything: airport, sea world, San Diego zoo, Coronado, balboa park, la jolla. I would definitely stay here again, zero complaints, 100% recommend! We will definitely stay here again next time we are in San Diego!

A good place in North Park

We stayed for a week in this three-bedroom-two-bathroom condo-type place in North Park. The place is modest - very functional but not luxurious, Louis was an excellent communicator throughout our week. The place was reasonably well equipped and clean. The TV in the main room struggled a bit with Netflix and Amazon. There are two really great things about the location - it is very convenient to the highway system and to the airport. There's a Starbuck's steps away, a CVS, and a Baron's just a few more steps. The restaurant El Comal two blocks away excellent. I can recommend this place.
