Amazing location one block from pristine St. Augustine Beach, within the heart of the famous A Street beach area in the City of Refuge, this setting begs for lingering strolls on the beach, inspiring conversations, and savoring a bit of the island life.

Sip your morning coffee with your toes in the powder-like sand while you soak in the warmth of the brilliant sunrise and the joy of watching the dolphins play in the Atlantic Ocean. Walk one block for surf lessons and great surf gear at the Pit Stop Surf Shop, enjoy a positive cup of Joe at the Stir It Up walk up café, or relax at one of the great restaurants within walking distance. Grill out under string lights and savor good eats and great memories on the back porch, with storytelling by the fire pit. Ride a beach cruiser or walk to the Pier, Artisan/Farmer’s Market and Sprinkler Park, or local mini golf. Enjoy free evening summer concerts at the Pier and on the Plaza, and the spectacular Nights of Lights Illumination for the Holidays. Drive 5 miles off the island to explore all the amazing discoveries of historic downtown St. Augustine, the City of Refuge.

Great location, perfect property, outstanding value for money!

Very well equipped for a family of 5 wanting a relaxing weekend by the beach. Don’t bring anything with you - the garage is like a beach shop! Loved it here!

Mid week R&R

The property was very welcoming from the moment you arrive. In the front there was room to park 2 vehicles though we only needed to park one. Also there's a nice sitting area right in front on the home. The hosts were prompt to reasons to any questions we had. The rental had everything you could want for a weekend at the beach from pool floats to boogie boards, bikes, and chairs even a little wagon to put it in. Loads of beach towels and plenty of privacy. Unfortunately beach access appeared to require crossing a1a which meant we loaded up and went to Amelia island instead. House rules were clearly posted and we enjoyed using the firepit and lounging in the back yard. My only suggesting would be maybe some flyers for local attractions or directions to beach access. All in all it was a very lively and clean rental. I hope to return in a few months for a cozy weekend with my hubby. As a florida local it's a great and amazing staycation destination. Close enough to everything to enjoy the tourist part and far enough away to have quite peaceful evenings.

Everything was perfect. Walked in and had snacks ready for us. Clean and comfy! Beautiful outdoor space to read and relax. 3 min walk to beach. PERFECT. We will be back
