Great backyard and deck to sit and enjoy a Summer’s night. The high ceiling rooms are comfortable. The bedroom is quiet, and the bathroom has a great shower. We highly recommend this property for exploring Asheville.

Very small location. We had 5 people, said sleeps 6. We were packed into the small converted basement.

Sorry your stay was not as expected. We outline out accommodations clearly and outline that the unit will only sleep 5. We offer this mostly for families with small children. We have a queen bed, a queen sleeper sofa, a twin blow up mattress, and a travel crib. In the future I would suggest you fully read the listing detail and reach out with questions. We are always available. Our unit is newly outfitted 750 square feet with 7 windows and a huge covered porch. I would not describe it as small or outfitted, rather intentional and a welcoming space.

This rental is located in an amazing location close to everything in Asheville and the surrounding area. The hosts were very communicative and understanding. The place itself is well-decorated and offer modern amenities. We would definitely go back again!

We loved our time here. The rental has everything you need. Even little touches like a bluetooth speaker so you can listen to music while enjoying the back porch. We saw so much wildlife from the deck: a mom and baby deer, groundhog, rabbits, birds, squirrels and even a beautiful cat. The location is perfect. We loved the West Asheville vibe. So many coffee shops so little time. We have a list of several still to try on our next visit. The neighborhood is so quirky and quiet. The VRBO is exactly as pictured. The communication and instructions were so clear and easy. It is so close to everything: River Arts District, West Asheville’s Haywood Rd., Downtown, the Biltmore Village, the Botanical gardens. We loved the back porch my husband painted on the deck while I read on one of the hammock chairs. Sitting on the hammock chairs at night watching the stars was so relaxing. We highly recommend this rental. The hosts were very nice and responsive.

Loved their cute place! Perfect for myself and my two dogs. Very quick to respond when I asked for something and they ran it down to me. Quiet with a beautiful back yard view. Would definitely stay again.
Access to place is down the steps and on the back patio.
Quiet and relaxing for all of us.
Adorable kitchenette area fully stocked.
Walkable to west Asheville.
