About this property

This house is a 7-minute drive from Old Town. All furnishings in this house are brand new. Enjoy sleeping on a brand-new Purple Mattress in two of the rooms. If you prefer a firmer bed, the main bedroom has a more comfortable option. A pool has been added to this property! It can be heated for an additional cost. We have also added a putting green, a ping pong table, and other backyard games. Please note, there is no fence around the pool, and no lifeguard on duty. We strongly advise monitoring children and non-skilled swimmers in the pool area. The pool is only 5 feet deep; hence, diving is strictly prohibited for your safety. Please refrain from bringing glass into the pool area.
By proceeding with this reservation, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to all pool rules. If you wish for the pool to be heated, please request this when you make your booking. We heat the pool for the duration of your stay, not on a day-by-day basis. In the winter months, reaching a swimming temperature of 85°F is challenging, and swimming is typically not possible.
Please note that the heating fee increases to $75 a day during the winter months of November, December, January, and February. From March to September, the fee is $50 a day. However, during the summer, pool heating is generally unnecessary.
HOUSE RULES:
- No parties or large gatherings are permitted.
- Quiet hours after 10 PM are enforced out of respect and courtesy to our neighbors.
- Locals must send a message before booking.
