We spent a month in this house. It was a very enjoyable stay.In our opinion, the house itself deserves 4 stars. Inside, it is well maintained and clean. The furniture has been replaced, and there is a fantastic large TV. A few additional kitchen tools would be helpful.Outside is okay, but there is slightly too little furniture and, in general, it needs to be udated. The insect screen enclosure also needs some repairs.However, the pool water heating works perfectly. A new water heater has been installed, and it handled even very low temperatures (bellow 30F) without any issues.We are giving 5 stars overall, as it reflects the average of everything. The property management and service deserve 6 stars. Steve and Jenny are doing a great job. Communication with them is excellent, and it is definitely a big advantage that they live nearby.Sooner or later, the owner will likely decide to replace the outdoor furniture, and then this home will be a fantastic place for a family vacation.
