Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse is situated in the Venetian Bay Villages complex, a safe gated community with 24 hour on site security. Conveniently situated close to the theme parks, attractions, shopping, and golf courses.

Our townhouse is fully furnished and many attractive amenities including:

What a great place!

This is my fifth time in Orlando and previously I’ve only ever stayed at a hotel. This time, we hired a car and decided to stay in a house. We initially looked at villas with private pools before stumbling across this listing. We actually preferred the idea of having a communal pool as we wanted to feel like we were around people. Though the pool areas were relatively quiet, there were people using them which gave it more of a holiday vibe. The house itself was great. A really decent size and everyone had separate rooms. The place was clean. Basics were provided such as toilet roll and shower gel to last the first day, however you’ll have to buy your own for the remaining time. This was fine with us as we saved so much money by not having to pay for 3 hotel rooms. It was also great to have a fridge freezer, cooker and microwave which also saved us a lot of money. There is free parking on site and we were able to park directly outside the house as there were always loads of spaces. The owner regularly checked in with us to ensure our car was registered before arriving (even doing this late at night for us after picking up the car) and also messaged us during our stay to make sure everything was ok. It was so handy having a washer and dryer as this meant we saved money by bringing less luggage. I would recommend this stay to others :)

Summer 23 holiday

Had a 3 week stay in July/August 23. Communication with Yong was excellent and he came back quickly to my many queries. Location was superb; 30 minute (maximum) drive to all Disney Parks. Lots of restaurants available to try and very convenient having massive Walmart nearby. Swimming pool and jacuzzi on complex was really nice and open to 11pm was so nice after busy days at the parks. Accommodation was really spacious which was good for us with teenagers. Didn’t cook so can’t comment on cooker etc. the carpets are probably in need of a proper clean and we did not walk around with bare feet. Minor problem, but just something to be aware of. Would stay there again if we return to Kissimmee.

Lovely stay, would happily stay again.

Lovely house, clean comfortable everything you would need. Comfortable beds, lots of clean towels, washing machine and dryer iron, dishwasher, and cable TV. Owner left a couple of a bits for first night, like dishwasher tablets, toilet paper that kind of thing, saved running right out. Security on the gates. Good location, near the parks and restaurants shops. Would highly recommend, would happily stay again.
