The space
This property is located in the Briercrest wood private lake community with beach, community lakeside pavilion with charcoal grill, and lakeside bonfire pit, playground, horseshoe pit, basketball courts, tennis courts.

The House has 6 spacious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, bonus room, large kitchen with all required cookware & crockeries, recreational area with pool table, Foose ball, Shuffle board, Table Tennis, Air hockey and lot many board games. Private yard with hot tub (available year around) and outdoor fire pit. Huge deck with gas and charcoal grills, and out door dining table.

Wonderful property that met our needs. Everyone had a wonderful time.

We wrote a list of some repairs that should be made and left it on the counter next to the fridge. Some things are safety hazards. The cleanliness score is due to mold in the bathroom.

Needs maintenance & upkeep

Booked for 3 nights but only stayed 1 night due to poor maintenance & children safety concerns of property. Pictures must have been taken a few years ago. Broken floor & missing tile. Very dirty carpet in game room. Walls need painted and hole repair finished. Broken Adirondack chairs at fire pit. Other issues shared with host in hopes they will address. It’s a nice forested community.
