The property is a great central location along 30A. The unit was well stocked. The deck was great and very large; however, the view overlooked an area for housing/ storage for maintenance and workers cleaning crews. The distance to the beach entrance was about a 10-12 walk.

Great place to stay for two people! Size of the room was perfect, a 5-10 min walk to the Seacrest beach access point. The unit had two beach chairs and an umbrella which was awesome. Also had access to bikes which made exploring the 30A area super easy. 45 min bike ride to the Seaside area using bike path. Overall a great place to stay.

The property is in a great spot with easy access to the beach, shops and food. The AC was amazing and a welcome gift after being out in the heat and humidity. The bed was very comfortable and the linen very soft. Communication with Ray was easy and quick . I very much enjoyed my stay.

This was the perfect condo for the long weekend to celebrate our friends' wedding. I cannot say enough about how communicative and generous the host was. Above and beyond! The space is exactly as pictured and extremely clean. Balcony is spacious with many seating options. The pool area was laid back and perfect. Parking was easy. Check-in was seamless. There was even a bag of ice waiting on us in the fridge, which came in handy to pack the beach ice chest. I truly have no complaints! We will be back. Thanks so much for the hospitality!

Perfect condo for a couple, wonderful balcony and perfect location to explore Rosemary and Alys beach each day! Enjoyed Fontell Press, Georges at alys beach, Old Flordia Fish house, pizza by the sea, daily ice cream at beach cow creamery, Saturday and Sunday markets at Rosemary and Seacrest beach, nightly live music! Ray and Tina were awesome host with great communication!

My wife and I loved our stay here! It was exactly what we were looking for and exceeded expectations! The room was clean and accommodating; the bed was extremely comfortable! My wife's back pain went away after sleeping in it! Tina was so great at communicating as well! The best part about staying here is that it is steps away from Alys and Rosemary Beach!! We walked to all our dinner reservations and shopping runs in the downtown Rosemary and Aly's beach areas. We walked to breakfast every morning and to the beach, and it was such an amazing experience. The private beach access is very close and not hard to find, and the beach was BREATHTAKING. The balcony has an amazing view of Aly's Beach and is great for sunset pictures with your love! We are already dying to come back and stay at this same comfy place. The pricing is great compared to other places I've looked at, and you can't beat the location on this stay!! We booked one day on the beach with Dolce Vida, and it was a great experience! They set everything up for you. There is a nice area for people who didn't book a spot, and we spent most of our days there. Book this place, and you won't regret it!

We had a wonderful stay here! The location was great, room size was perfect for our long weekend, they provided great amenities. Having the bikes were amazing, we used them so much! Would absolutely stay here next time we are in town :). Normally when you get home from traveling you are excited about your own bed but when we got home we were missing this comfy bed!
