Everything to do with this property was wonderful. Not only the property itself, which is immaculate, but also Blanca and her great communication.I would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to enjoy the Malibu area.

Excellent Girls Trip

The location was great for food, shopping, beach, local hiking. We were able to walk mostly. The rooms were well equipped. Property manager was wonderful to work with and very attentive to any questions.

Home away from home

Great property in walking distance of beach and shops. Condo was updated, comfortable, roomy and bright and was perfect for our family of four. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, plentiful towels, and thoughtful details that made our stay enjoyable.

25th wedding anniversary

The second stop on a family trip to LA to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Great apartment - fantastic space and within walking distance of beach, shops, restaurants etc.

Wonderful stay

We had a great stay! Clean and easy to accommodate and check in. Very convenient location as it is close to the beach and shops. Beds were comfy and even there isn’t central A/C we had a cool breeze in the bedrooms. The pool looked great but we were out and about so much we never used it. We will book again! Nice Family Weekend

Great experience with 6 adults! We were able to get to everything we wanted to see in Malibu within 15 minutes. Beautiful space (great kitchen) — the entire place was just very comfortable and had everything we needed. Fired up the grill at night and in the morning had coffee with a view of the ocean. Thanks for a great weekend!

Great place for the annual Malibu Triathlon

Very clean and modern. There were a lot of nice touches like water bottles by the bedside and a basket of goodies on the table. Only downsides are the stairs are steep (we had 70+ year olds) and there is a lot of freeway noise. But the hostess was amazing and worked with us on check in and out times! Definitely keeping this place in mind for next years triathlon!

This property is in an excellent location. Host was very helpful. Property was clean. Host provided many essentials along with a welcome basket. Communication was efficient and check in was easy. One drawback was that the parking was not adequate for the size of our vehicle. Our door was scratched by another vehicle, but we parked on the nearby road afterwards. The property is safe and accessible to great shopping and restaurants, as well as pharmacy and grocery stores. And morning walks were very safw. We had a nice comfortable stay overall.
