Peaceful, Spacious Lodge with Golf & Sunset Views

A luxury home nestled in Fogg Brook Resort, this is the perfect place for a family reunion, group golf trip, or long-weekend getaway. Just steps from the in-ground swimming pool, walking trails, indoor/outdoor games, special events, and panoramic views of the golf course, campground, & sunsets, relaxing fun awaits. In the nearby clubhouse, reserve a tee time for a challenging 18-hole round, practice your swing on our driving range, shop for a new driver at the pro shop, and enjoy live music, delicious food, local brews, and a full bar at Foggy’s Pub. (Some amenities only available May thru October.) Two dedicated parking spaces are included. If you ever want to get out and explore, you’re just minutes from I-95 and Moosehead Trail... providing easy access to many beautiful Maine attractions!

This spacious 3 bedroom / 2 bath suite sleeps 10 comfortably and includes the following: a primary bedroom with attached full bath & double-vanity, walk-in closet, a plush Queen bed, and a pull-out couch with a single-sized bed; a secondary bedroom with a full closet, a comfy Queen bed, and a Twin XL bed; and the loft bedroom has 4 cozy Twin XL beds with reading lamps, night stands, and adjacent hangout space.

The Lodge Suite is only accessible via stairs as it is located on the 2nd floor above the campground check-in area and lodge events hall. The third bedroom & loft area is accessed by an open-style contemporary stairway inside the apartment. During check-out/check-in (during camping season only) and during special events, there may be light activity and occasional sound that carries up into the apartment. However, these areas are generally closed nightly from 7pm until 9am. Please call or email with any other questions you may have.

The main floor of the suite includes another full bathroom, walk-in pantry, coat closet, laundry room (with iron & ironing board), a huge great room with vaulted ceilings, a 65" smart TV, leather sectional, dining for 11 people, and a well-equipped kitchen with full appliances, toaster, coffee maker & coffee, plenty of kitchen gadgets & gear, and all of the basic spices and supplies. The roomy deck off the kitchen includes a large gas BBQ with all the grill tools you'll need and gorgeous views of the sunset and starscape.

Smoking/Vaping is only permitted *outside* at least 30 ft. from any building. Butts must be fully extinguished into the large ashtray near the steps.
Use only the back deck door for access. The interior door and stairs is only for an alternate emergency exit (or for pre-approved special events).

Truly peaceful and spacious

We stayed for a few nights to recharge as a family. This get-away was exactly what we needed. There was enough room for everybody to have their quiet space, and good spaces for us to come together. Loved that we could walk to Foggy's Pub and the pool from the home.

A perfect place for our family to gather and relax

This July we had a family reunion in Newport with 66 people attending. My large-ish family wanted to stay together and the accommodations in the lodge at Fogg Brook Resort could not have been more perfect. The space was large enough for 10 of us to be together without being on top of each other and the deck space added even more room for us to enjoy. We've recommended Fogg Brook's VRBO space to everyone at our event and will definitely stay there again!

This property was excellent! We had 4 adults and 3 kids so there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. This kids enjoyed the unground pool, playground and on a rainy day the community room playing ping pong and corn hole.

Great property!

We were a group of 7 for our daughter’s college graduation. After another reservation canceled on very short notice, we were SO EXCITED to have found this place! We loved the resort, the lodge suite and communication with the hosts. We had a great meal at Foggy’s one night and wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy more of the resort amenities. We also loved how to easy it was to get to the grocery store, gas station, highway, etc. It was tucked away enough to feel relaxing but still very convenient! We would definitely stay again!

Lots of Golf

Our second stay at the "Big Accommodations" and it was just as great as the first. Plenty of room, neat, clean and extremely comfortable. Staff is great, helpful and professional thumbs up to all. Played lots of golf, the course is in outstanding shape, cudo's to the crew Only issue we had was "MOM", mother nature was not totally on our side but that is above and beyond a hosts duty :)

The family reunion

To summarize this place in three words 1 Very clean, 2 Very nice facilities, 3 Very friendly and excellent staff. There was a whole gaggle of us 9 in the suite and4 more on 2 tent sites camping sites with additional people and the facility took great care of all of us. The lodge never felt crowded or cramped even with all those people about. It is the middle of summer and the Big Deck was excellent! Plus you had a nice wide kitchen area and a big leather couch sitting area so people could spread out and not be crowded. The pool and indeed draft beer even was nearby. The camping sites were very close as well. A great time was had everyone in our party. And everyone remarked how appropriate a location this was given the fact that a bunch of us all went golfing on Saturday as well. And I came back to find a surprise birthday party for myself. I had no idea My family did an awesome job! I would certainly recommend this place for anyone who's looking for a relaxing Gathering. Do bring some citronella candles. The deck is well worth it! The moon rise is beautiful. There was room on the nice flat lawn to play cornhole. And there's a side of bath houses right nearby if additional toilets are needed or showers or what have you all on ground level and handy. Just a short walk from there is a swimming pool. Thank you Rob and Evan for a wonderful stay. I think you'll see more of us. The golf was fine. The camping areas were also quite nice. They are shaded but private and yet spacious
