Six of us had a lovely stay here in Ashland. The main house & guest cottage were well kept & equipped. The PacMan video game in the separate garage converted reminded me that I’ll never match my score from 40yrs ago. On a warmer weather stay, we would used the pool. The quiet location is a 15-20min walk to the downtown. In short, we would easily chose to stay here again.

Beautiful house with lots of open space. The kitchen was great for our group of 10 as was the dining room. The kitchen table even provided a great place for card games. The backyard pool complete with water toys and the game room really added a positive touch.

Feels like a resort

It is a beautiful and large space that was an ideal place to wind down after some stressful work meetings. We especially loved the hot tub and space to stretch our bodies after being stuck in seats all day. Very close to SOU and walkable to downtown.

Everything was wonderful and clean. It was perfect for our family. I would only add. We had a guest visiting in a scooter. It would be nice to have a ramp to make it wheelchair accessible. She also had braces and stairs are difficult. Other than that all was very comfortable and perfect for families. Sylvie responded right away and checked in daily for any needs.

Large, clean home with wonderful pool!

This was an amazing house in Ashland. We met up with family for a mini reunion and we had a wonderful time. We had plenty of room to spread out and spent a lot of time in the pool.

The house was perfect for a large group with babies. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was very nice. The house also came with a pack-n-play and a high chair upon request which was helpful with babies. In fact, I asked for the high chair late, and they were still able to make it happen. Big kitchen, plenty of parking, and great location very close to downtown Ashland and the college.

Nice home.

This was a nice home. The next door neighbors are questionable. The house is comfortable and I loved the yoga space complete with mats. The only downside was hair on the walls of the shower downstairs. I told the owner and she said that wasn’t their standard.

Great Ashland Getaway!

Silvie's place was amazing! We loved the modern decor and cleanliness this rental provided for our extended family of 11 members, including 5 children. The location was perfect for exploring Ashland and the surrounding area, and we loved all of the amenities, including the pool, guest house (where two family members stayed), and gym (although we didn't end up using it). We also appreciated the helpful labeling of cabinets and light switches throughout the house. And it was great to have a washer and dryer on the second level! We'd love to stay here again if the circumstances allow!
