Convenient location in Port Charlotte, close to YMCA, shopping, restaurants, 15 min ride to Beach Park, 30 min to Englewood Beach, 20 min to Fishermans Village. Oaks is a friendly community with residents playing bocci ball, or horseshoes or hanging out by the pool. This is a condominium, so guests will need to fill out the application, approval takes about a week. 3 MONTHS MINIMUM IN WINTER SEAZON.
