Enjoy SW Florida living close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home between Punta Gorda and Englewood . Conveniently located off US 41 and minutes from I-75. Close to shopping, dining, golfing, and beaches. The home is fully furnished with many updates including new tiled walk-in showers, covered, parking, high-speed Internet, full kitchen, king, queen & kids twin bunk beds. Living room includes pull out couch that has a queen size air mattress, fenced back yard with a gas grill and easy to use gas fire pit.

Put used towels in the shower or in a hamper. And put the a/c on 72 degrees if you adjusted & and lock the door when you leave. I will take care of the rest!

We had a great time staying here. Online pictures are accurate and it was very clean. It’s homey and has everything you need. Our host had all kinds of extra little touches (coffee pods, snacks, shampoo) which is always appreciated. We come to the area often and will stay here again.

The host was amazing she answered all my text quickly. The house was amazing she had everything labeled so there was no guessing about anything. Very clean. The backyard was the best. Sitting out and relaxing watching the ducks in the canal and once we saw an alligator. I will most definitely stay there again.

This is a comfortable working class neighborhood that is centrally situated in Port Charlotte with easy access to I-75 or 41 and close to local markets, hospitals and shopping . I love walking my dog in the morning to the small local park nearby.
