House was advertised. Great location to downtown and fit plenty of guests. House had some plumbing issues and did not have soap or dishwasher detergent. Other than that house was great and fit our needs perfectly.
Perfect Rehoboth Getaway — Beautiful, Comfortable, and Convenient
This home was an absolute gem and the perfect place to stay for our Rehoboth Beach trip. The location couldn't have been better—just a quick two-minute drive to the beach, yet tucked away in a peaceful setting. The scenery was stunning, with a serene lake right behind the house where we enjoyed watching ducks float by and even spotted deer, which made the stay feel extra special.
The home itself was immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with every amenity you could possibly need. It truly felt like a home away from home—comfortable, welcoming, and perfect for relaxing.
Stephanie was wonderful to work with and always available for any questions we had. She was incredibly accommodating and made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. If you're planning a visit to Rehoboth Beach, I can't recommend this place enough—it's truly the perfect spot.
We loves the house. We loved the view. Unfortunately the house was not clean when we arrived and the linens were not delivered. The house could use some dressers towel bars and more kitchen gear. Nonetheless we had a great time.

Hi, Naomi!
I'm thrilled to hear that you loved the house and the view—it’s one of the things we love most about it too. 😊
I’m really sorry to hear about the delay with linens and cleaning but am happy we were able to get it taken care of right away for you.
I also appreciate your suggestions about adding dressers, towel bars, and more kitchen gear. We’re always looking for ways to improve, so I’ll definitely take these into consideration for future upgrades.
We hope to see you next year. Thanks, Stef!
House is as advertised. Great location, plenty of room and the check-in process was outstanding. Perfect house for a large group. Highly recommend any groups looking for a place in a quiet area but with great access to Dewey or beach areas.
We had a great time especially with the outdoor space. Really enjoyed the stay here. Couple little easy fixes could be made to enhance the stay but overall great trip

Crazy Lane Beach house
We have stayed in this terrific beach house for three consecutive years. The neighborhood combines a relaxed, family atmosphere with a view of the wetlands with water fowl and tidal animals. The house accommodates our extended family providing enough space and accommodations for everyone to enjoy. Kitchen supplies allow for cooking family meals with enough utensils for everyone. We appreciate the opportunity to be able to rent this family friendly house where people can enjoy one another's company and still have some privacy.
We enjoyed our stay we were a group of 12 the area is beautiful the house is in nice shape very comfortable and accommodated 12 easily. We were able to kayak off the back deck, enjoy the beaches and cool towns in the area .
Wonderful roomy property for our family of 17. Great sized bedrooms. Beautiful view. Quiet location and ideal for getting to any beach. Nice outdoor space and fun for fishing.
This home was absolutely perfect for our extended family (with our dogs!) Well maintained, tons of space, comfy beds! For the curious, you wouldn't want to swim in the water - there is some serious thick mud down there. But our teens loved taking their SUPs out right from the deck, and we all enjoyed just sitting out by the water. The two main decks had afternoon shade available and with the breeze, it was possible to sit for hours even when it was pretty hot out. It's in a quiet little neighborhood, great for walking the dogs! We weren't sure how we would like being away from the beach, but it was just fine - we skipped Rehoboth and Dewey and found quieter beaches with more parking within a few minute's drive.
Overall, this house served my family for what we needed, which was a lot of bedrooms. But bedrooms and an incredible view were essentially all this house provided. There are a few minor things that could be done to drastically improve the overall experience for guests. The basement is begging for a ping pong table, pool table, and a pull-out sofa. The kitchen is also lacking good cooking and baking supplies. There were also inconsistencies in the cleanliness and quality of the linens that we paid extra for. The house itself was also not cleaned well. There are also some design flaws in the pocket doors of the upstairs bathrooms, some bedroom and bathroom doors that do not close, and showers that immediately flood the bathrooms because the water pressure is too strong. Again, overall our experience was fine, but there are some easy improvements that would make this place a much more quality place to stay with your family!
Beautiful home in an excellent location! We enjoyed our stay - there was plenty of space for everyone and the furnishings were great. We hope to reserve the property again next year and look forward to the kitchen being equipped with a few more of the basics.
We spent 4 nights at this beautiful house with friends. There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out relax in the 2 living rooms! The outdoor space is comfortable and well cared for. The views are breathtaking and the location was so convenient for kayaking or fishing-literally right out the door and onto the deck! Great location too-everything is just a short drive or bike ride away! Would definitely book again!
This home was the perfect place for a long weekend getaway for us. There was plenty of room for us to be together as a family or just spend quiet time alone. We enjoyed sitting in the back porch overlooking the water and walking around in the quiet neighborhood. Special thanks to Trevor Costello for booking our stay on such short notice and making sure we had everything we needed at the house. We appreciated your efforts on our behalf.
This new house in Rehoboth Bay is a gem with 8 bedrooms, and two living rooms. Lost of room on the outside decks as well. Window coverings on the side windows of the upstairs bedroom need to be done. And a ping pong table or other games in the downstairs living room would make this place ideal. Only 7 minutes from
Rehoboth or Dewey. Loved going to the beach at Deauville with $15 a day parking and concessions.
Lovely wetlands views with grown-up beds for all our adults!
Stayed over the Christmas holiday with family and had a lovely time. The neighborhood is nicely walkable, the views are lovely from the house, the kitchen had most things we were looking for, and the property manager was responsive to questions. The second floor space was great to hang out-- with folks being able to be cook but still feel like they're part of the conversations at the dinner table or the couch/living room-- or even outside on the porch. It was also a huge benefit that there were enough queen/king beds for all the adults in our group.Only thing of note was that the ground floor did not (yet?) seem to be climate controlled, which would maybe be okay in the summer/spring months, but winter meant it was too cold to use.Could definitely see coming back in warmer months when we could make use of the water access in the neighborhood. A lovely stay.
The strong point is the view out the back. It is really beautiful. Plenty of interesting birds. The kids went crabbing off the deck. I tried to put in a kayak but that was too difficult. Some people complained of getting bug bites. There is no screened porch. The neighborhood is very nice to walk or ride in. The house is new, practical and comfortable but the rooms are on the small side. Nothing extra was provided-no corkscrew, no fly swatter, no beach chairs etc. You have to bring everything. Need to drive to the beach. We hope to stay there next year. Thanks.
Amazing home and views. Lacking any sort of supplies
Home was amazing and so much space. The deck and back yard with great views and a grill/fire pit alone make it worth it. Short uber to dewey/lewes/rehoboth. Numerous fish/crabs/birds seen throughout the day from the back yard. Plenty of parking. My only real complaint was that the house had no supplies whatsoever, so the first day my group had to spend time/money getting coffee, soap, shampoo, paper towels, etc... This was a bummer since none of this was advertised but maybe this will be fixed in the future since we were the first to rent the home.
The property and location are wonderful for an extended family vacation. We stayed 3 nights with a total of 4 couples. The property was as advertised, the neighborhood is quiet, and the location is convenient to Rehoboth Beach and shopping. We easily prepared all of our meals at the house - the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cook ware, and utensils, though a little disorganized (e.g., a package of ant traps was stored in a drawer with cooking utensils).
Our only complaint was arguably a failure of the management company. Although our reservation was made months prior and payment in full was required 30 days before check in, upon entering the house we discovered 3 of the 4 bathrooms in the midst of being painted, with tools and materials on the floor and counter. Upon reporting this to the management company they revealed that the owner did not know the property was being rented that weekend. Ensuring that the manager and owner know the rental schedule seems like a basic requirement for running a vacation property. This was a very disappointing way to start our vacation, leaving us to wonder what other typical preparations between guests were forgotten. The handyman was contacted and promptly cleared out the tools and put the bathrooms back in service, but no cleaning crew was sent for final prep.
We also discovered that one of the two propane tanks for the gas grill and gas fire pit was empty, and the second ran out after 30 min of grilling.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. I’m really glad to hear that you and your group enjoyed the home, the quiet neighborhood, and the convenient location—it truly is a great spot for a relaxing getaway.
I also appreciate your note about the propane tanks and the kitchen drawer. Those details matter, and they help us make the guest experience better.
That said, I want to sincerely apologize for the condition of the bathrooms when you arrived. That’s absolutely not the experience we want to deliver, and I completely understand how frustrating and disappointing that must have been—especially at the start of your stay.
Thank you again for your honest feedback—it’s incredibly helpful and (a year later) has lead to some important improvements in our pre-arrival procedures to ensure things like this don’t get missed going forward.
If you ever consider staying with us again, we’d love the chance to make it up to you with a much smoother and more enjoyable experience
