It is a perfect place, where you can find everything that you may need and way more. We spend a wonderful vacation. My only suggestion is to organize sheets and pillowcases; and the social area was not very clean as well as the closets. The building and the pool area was great.

Spacious condo in a great location with great amenities!

We had a great time during our stay in New Smyrna Beach! The condo was very spacious and walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and shops. The beach was easily accessible, the pool and pool house very clean and convenient, and the garage to store beach items made beach set ups very easy. Would definitely return to this beach and condo!

Great condo and location is perfect

My wife and I stayed here along with two other couples that rented units. This co do had all that we needed and having a garage to store your car out of the sun was great. Easy walk to the beach and everyone is so nice here. We would easily recommend this place!! It’s an easy walk to Flagler and many bars/restaurants.

Perfect Location

We enjoyed our visit to NSB and this rental. Unit is a bit dark and dated, but well maintained, and has all you need. Great ocean view from deck and nice large pool a few steps away. Master bed/mattress could use updating.

Overview of condo.

Loved the location, furniture needs to be updated. Only two of us so we stayed in King bed. Sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed, rubber was old on sheets, dryer quite on us two days before we left. Construction on the building so we woke to chipping and hammering. We will give it a try again maybe next year. Always love to see improvements. Love staying in this location!

So much to do!

Me and my husband recently stayed here and boy did we have a good time. The condo was clean and did have everything we needed. We cooked most of our meals there and the kitchen had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels, beach towels, beach toys, board games and the electronic games were fun as well. We especially loved the view being right on the beach. The condo wasn't crowded when we went so that was especially nice. We even braved Hurricane Hermine although it didn't do much to this area. There were lots of other things to do in this area (a lighthouse, an untouched seashore, and lots of wildlife). If you like eating out there are definitely some restaurant options. I recommend staying here, we would love to come back again!

Great Condo!!

I can't say enough about this condo. The ocean view from the balcony, as well as from inside the condo, is awesome. The condo is tastefully and beautifully decorated. My 16 and 10 year old daughters, as well as myself, enjoyed the video games and the dart board. The whole family also enjoyed watching DVD's in the evening on the large screen TV. The unit has just about anything you will need during your stay. As another reviewer mentioned, the Watermark is an older building, but this particular unit has been updated in many ways. The Watermark itself has been well-maintained and appears to be well-managed. Rick was very helpful in my dealings with him. The unit is a five minute walk from the shops on Flagler Avenue which is another plus. Anyone looking to spend a week or more in New Smyrna Beach should definitely try to stay here!

Best location and amenities!

We had a fabulous time at this unit in the Watermark Condos! It was a great size with a view of the ocean to die for. The sound of the waves was so soothing. Everything you could need or want were in this condo. The new murphy bed came in handy, and the new couches are so comfortable! We all enjoyed the arcade games and the large TV for movies at night. It is such a short walk to Flagler Avenue for shopping and all the great restaurants in under 5 minutes. The pool was heated and great for relaxing after a day on the beach. We have booked again for next year we loved it so much!

Video games were fun!

The best part of this property was the racing game and multi-game video cabinet. This would be a great place for a family with a few young children. There were lots of board games too. However, we were two adult couples. The master bedroom is large with a large walk in closet and big bathroom. The second bedroom was small, with a small closet and no dresser for clothes. The condo would benefit from an update and a good deep clean. Doors were sticky and hard to open. Kitchen was out dated. The dishwasher was so tight against the wall and adjusted to the fridge that it could not be opened unless the refrigerator door was wide open! But the view was wonderful and the patio door opened easily. We parked our rental car in owners garage. The garage it clutered with old beach items and rusty bikes. The owner did not respond to messages on VRBO platform but the property managers, Kirk and Donna, were very responsive and helpful. Having rented at this complex before in a different unit, this unit was a bit disappointing.

Location!

Absolutely perfect location and extremely large condo. The unit was very clean, however I would say that the unit is in need of updating. The sofa and love seat are new but not a sleeper sofa.

Beach front with amazing views

Condo is spacious and has the best views. Pool is on the beach and refreshing after a day of saltwater. Walking distance to restaurants and shops on Flagler also make it a great location. My family loves this condo!

Great beach

The master toilet want working until Monday morning.. kirk and Donna had someone there and fixed it by 10am.. both are very nice and helpful.. Sydnee. The owner answers all my questions and was very helpful as well. This will definitely be considered as a return vacation

The place is amazing!...clean, well-maintained, great location, and the owner, Sydnee, is fabulous; and.... the price is right. Sydnee's communication with us was terrific; usually within hours. You're right on the beach and a short walk to town. The view is amazing as well. We will definitely be returning in 2021! Thank you Sydnee for a wonderful stay in NSB.

Lovely location, need some upgrading.

It met our needs. It was a older unit that had not been upgraded. Just a little upgrading would help. The shower doors were awful! Nasty and old. They can be cleaned.

Perfect Getaway

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! New Smyrna Beach has so much to offer, both in terms of peaceful relaxation and fun restaurants and shops - and this condo is perfectly situated to take advantage of both. We particularly enjoyed mornings on the balcony watching the sun come up over cups of coffee. A truly perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

Perfect in every ways.

A perfect or not so perfect vacation starts when you first arrive and check in at the place you will spend the vacation that you have looked forward to for many months. Checking in can be a pain or a pleasure and Donna and Kirk made it a pleasure. Then from their you go to your condo holding your breath to see if it is exactly what you wanted or if it has been over sold. Clean, well decorated and comfortable is so important but nothing more important than the view. We stayed in unit 403 and all I can say is it not only met our expectations but it exceeded our expectation. The view is every thing that you could hope for on your Florida vacation. You look down off your balcony and their is the beach. From the time we arrived until we left it was a wonderful vacation. When the manager comes out to the pool and checks to make sure that your stay is going good makes you appreciate them that much more. A few hundred steps and you are on Flager Ave. Shops and restaurants everywhere and believe it or not most of the restaurants have reasonable prices. Eat inside or outside. In fact if you choose you don't even have to drive your car the whole time that you are their because everything is in walking distance. I highly recommend unit 403 because I experienced. Watermark Condos is well managed and so clean and organized.

The location to the Shops and restaurants was great. We are only a few yards from stepping onto the beach and into the ocean. I love the WaterMark amenities such as the pool, pool house, tennis courts and private garage.
