We loved our stay, the villa was incredibly clean and everything was provided for our stay. The kitchen was fully kitted out with everything you could possibly need, we also loved the small touches such as pool towels being provided. The games room is great, we enjoyed our late night table tennis and pool tournaments. The outside area looks onto a wooded area and we enjoyed seeing some lovely wildlife.

We had a wonderful four-day stay at this property. The home was exceptionally clean, everything was in perfect condition, and it was very well organized. The house was very clean and spacious. My family enjoyed the pool. The pool table and other games were an added plus as well. The check in process was extremely easy. I like the fact that the neighborhood was quiet and not far from our destination. The next time we come to Florida we will definitely be booking this house again!

First let me say that the only good thing in renting this home was the host allowing our RV in the driveway. Home photos do not actually show the condition of the home, upon check in it was observed that this home is outdated, shower area hade molded curtains showerheads where in poor condition. Sofas where full of stains, pillows where also dirty, patio furniture where not in good condition, pool was with algie, temperature kept getting remotely changed to 79 degrees making the home stay warm. I can go on but I will simply say overpriced for the condition.

Regarding the power outage, this was an unexpected utility company outage entirely outside of our control, and we provided you with the utility provider's ETAs the moment they were available. As for the thermostat, the Nest system is fully controllable from the house, and we assisted you directly with it when you reached out. Had we known about any property maintenance issues during your stay, we would have addressed them immediately. It is unfortunate that these items were only mentioned after departure rather than giving us the opportunity to assist you in real time. We wish you all the best.

This lovely home looks exactly like the pictures. Clean and fresh with comfortable beds and plenty of spare blankets and towels. Kitchen was nicely stocked with everything needed. Pool heat was fantastic, heated well each day even when we were in the 50-60s. We appreciated being able to bring our dog and park our boat trailer safely in the driveway. (Something most neighborhoods don’t allow). The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet, the neighbors we saw were friendly. Aruna responded quickly to any questions.Walmart, Target and many restaurants are close by. We would stay again!

Let me just say that this house was everything our family wanted for our vacation and so much more! Aruna the owner was on point with any questions we had, even when my husband accidentally triggered the balcony alarm lol she got back to me right away. We had the best time here. Everything was perfect. Beautiful home. I spoke with the owner a few times and she was absolutely fabulous. So wonderful to work with. House was so clean and nice. The kids and adults absolutely loved the pool. We were here for 8 days and were sad when we had to leave!

The contact person for this property her name was Steph was absolutely amazing end went out of her way to ensure prompt communication and that we had everything we needed for our short stay. This is a beautiful home and I was elated that it was in a very QUIET peaceful location and I felt very safe for me and my family due to it being a gated community. There were plenty of activities for the children and when we return to Orlando again we will definitely try to rebook this home. The place was well stocked my only advise is for them to upgrade their refrigerator to include an icemaker. They even had spices and such for cooking. Again Steph was super awesome to work with

Spacious, Comfortable, & Clean for our Disney Vacation with family!

We had an amazing week in this beautiful home! The house was spacious, comfortable, and clean- with everything that we needed. We enjoyed cooking dinner after a long day at Disney and then soaking in the hot tub. The property managers were very quick to respond with any questions. I highly recommend, and we would definitely stay here again in the future!
