This stunning home is the perfect retreat for families, couples, or groups of friends looking for a stylish and comfortable place to stay in one of Colorado`s most charming neighborhoods.

As soon as you step inside, you`ll be impressed by the sleek and modern design that seamlessly blends with the timeless mid-century architecture.

The spacious living area is flooded with natural light and features high ceilings, large windows, and tasteful furnishings that create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The fully equipped kitchen is a dream come true for any home chef, boasting brand new stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the necessary cookware and utensils to prepare delicious meals. The adjacent dining area is perfect for enjoying family meals or hosting dinner parties with friends.

Each of the three bedrooms has been thoughtfully decorated to provide a comfortable and relaxing retreat. The master bedroom features a luxurious queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and plenty of closet space, while the other two bedrooms have queen-size beds and share a stylishly appointed bathroom.

Outside, you`ll find a private backyard with a spacious patio and plenty of seating, perfect for enjoying the beautiful Colorado weather. The backyard also features a BBQ grill, ideal for hosting summer cookouts with family and friends.

Our home is ideally located just a short walk from Olde Town Arvada, where you`ll find a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and shops!
We appreciate that the overwhelming majority of our guests are respectful of our property and a pleasure to host. These house rules are in place to ensure the best quality visit for all of our great guests:

- Please be respectful of the neighbors. Quiet hours are: 10pm to 8am

- Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1,000.

- Pets allowed with permission and reservation. The pet fee is $250 per reservation. Please add pets to the reservation under the `Add guests` tab in the search bar. Kindly clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in the outdoor trash can.

- No events, parties or large gatherings.

- Check-out is at 10:00am. Late fees may apply if the guests fail to check out on time.

- Minimum age to book is 21.

Beautiful home

This home was perfect for our stay to move my son back to college. Air conditioning was perfect since it was a very hot weekend in Denver. Well Stocked and very clean home. It is close to old town Arvada for shopping, restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent communication with Chris. He responds promptly. The home is a remodel, in am established neighborhood. The neighbors are all very friendly. We had two dogs, and walking the neighborhood was great. There's a park 3 houses down and we even walked it at 11pm, with no concerns. The house has everything you need. We cooked breakfast at home each day, and everything worked as expected. The area has a grocery store, coffee shop, and eateries within walking distance <1mi. Old town Arvada is a short drive as well. In all, the place worked out great for 5 adults and 2 dogs.

Awesome Home, Yard & Location

This was the perfect location for visiting my son in Denver and it be home base for a trip to the Manitou and Pikes Peak Cog Railway and a Rockies game downtown. Also a great location for food, food delivery and shopping. There is a very nice park right in the neighborhood. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Beautiful remodel! Thank you for having a Keurig. The home is pet friendly and has a great backyard which is fully fenced to the ground (we noticed because we have a mini dachshund girl puppy). There is plenty of seating, a grill and fire pit and swing set for the kiddos. I would add a hot tub!! 😊 The home was extremely clean and obviously ready for us with towels laid out and such. We used the washer and dryer. Worked great. Communication with Nick was fast and he was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again while visiting the Denver area. 5 stars

Great stay

I was really happy with our stay overall. Checking in was easy. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Overall the place was as described. I will say that some of the furniture and setup is “cheap” but you can kind of see that in the pics. And overall the things that matter most to me were very good. Some include: - The showers and water pressure was very good. - The beds were pretty comfortable. - The kitchen was nice and I have to say it was of the best stocked VRBO’s I have stayed in. The pantry was full of a lot of things I don’t expect. Lots of pots and pans. Even plastic storage containers, spices and olive oil. - Lots of space. -Really fast internet connection through the Wi-Fi. -Garage was nice for parking the car. There are really only a couple of improvements that I would recommend: - The frame of the master bedroom squeaks a lot. The slightest movement makes it squeak loudly. It would really help to get a new bed frame or a platform. - All the bedrooms could use better window drapes to keep the light out. The current ones don’t do very much. Overall we had a great stay and I thought it was priced well for what you get. I would stay here again for sure.
