Convenient convention accomodations

This was the perfect pl;ace to stay while attending a convention, much better than a hotel. The condo was clean and well appointed, check in process was seamless. The host was very responsive to our inquiries. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay for Nationals VB tourney

We were in town for the Nationals volleyball tournament at Orange County Convention Center. Location was very convenient for accessing convention center, and multiple options for nearby restaurants and entertainment. Unit was spacious and clean, with three levels providing privacy. Beds were comfortable. Overall a great week!

Checking in was easy, the gate and door code were provided ahead of time. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Heads up, they do not provide washcloths because it is a personal item, I was not aware till I checked in, Maybe I missed that in the booking info but I did not know that till I got the info the day of check in. AC worked great. There is a wonderful view from the Master bedroom window of the fireworks at Epic Universe every night. The location to the Universal theme parks can't be beat. Washer and dryer inside the condo was a huge plus. The only complaint I have is that the condo really needs a DEEP cleaning. The baseboards are filthy ,all the doors have marks all over them, there is dust hanging in wads and clumps on the walls and ceilings near the vents, half of the blinds on the sliding glass door are broken or missing and the track for it is gross, the carpet is torn/shredded in several spots and there were hairs at the base of the toilets (no I did not reach out to have it cleaned because I was on vacation and did not want to waste a day waiting for them to come clean it again). Overall, I probably would not stay here again.

One quick clarification: the washcloth policy is listed in the check-in information sent ahead of arrival, so that detail should have been visible before you got there. As for the cleaning concerns, that’s on us, no excuses. We only wish you’d reached out during your stay so we could’ve sent someone over to fix it right away, rather than let it affect your whole trip. We’ve already flagged this with our cleaning team and are correcting it. Future guests will see the difference and we’d love the chance to show you the same the next time you’re in town.

This property was exactly as described. It was perfect for me and my family. Love that every room has its own bathroom. The location is perfect for Universal theme parks. It’s close to everything that Orlando has to offer. The owner was very responsive to my messages as well. A must try!
