Perfect Family Reunion

Great place for Family and Kids

Unfortunately, it rained our entire stay, but the pool and hot tub remained open and we played in the rain all week! Our stay was great, hosts were quick to respond when we couldn't figure out the internet and walked us through the process. The condo was clean and we had plenty of space for 5 - perfect for families!

Wonderful Location

The property was perfect for us. Four adults with 2 kids (2 & 4). The rooms were spacious, 3 bathrooms and a relaxing balcony. Steps to the beach or pool. Easy parking and the views were rememberable.

Very satisfied with this oceanfront property. Very welcoming, beachy and had everything you need. Loved the ice maker. Beds were comfy. Spent so much time outside in the well furnished balcony. The owners were very prompt in answering any questions.

Amazing view!

We had a great time at this villa! So clean and beautifully decorated. Surprisingly spacious and the hosts are very accommodating and quick to respond. The view was by far my favorite!!! We had amazing weather and every morning we saw the sun rise over the ocean. Priceless!

Simply Amazing!!

This was our family’s first trip to Litchfield Beach, but it will most definitely not be our last!! This condo was exceptional and had everything we could have ever needed!!! It accommodated our 4 adults and 2 children well with everyone having their own space, and the balcony overlooking the ocean was a perfect spot to watch the dolphins swim up and down the coastline almost daily!! We would definitely rent this condo again!!

Wonderful property. Condo complex gated and beautiful. Great pool. Condo itself very clean, spacious and well equipped. Larger than expected and closer to ocean than expected. Would have preferred a shelf or hanging shower caddy in main shower to put shampoo, etc., but easy to address by reaching out of shower to side of tub. Overall great stay!

Love the view!!!

For the second year now we have stayed at this beautiful ocean view condo. Very nicely furnished with an open kitchen/living room to maximize the ocean view. We loved the double bunk beds for the kids and there’s plenty of room for everyone! Litchfield by the Sea is a beautiful, safe and clean place to bring the family and we will definitely be making it back next year to the same condo. We can’t say enough wonderful things about this place, it had everything we needed for our 1 week stay with lots of people. We cooked dinner every night and the kids especially loved eating out on the terrace looking at the ocean!

Wonderful condo!!

Beautiful condo! We loved the large balcony with ocean view! We enjoyed several meals out there. It had plenty of seating for our group of 7. Also the easy boardwalk access to the beach was awesome!! Our family loved the pool & hot tub too, which was very close to us. The condo was perfect for our family- it was great that each bedroom had its own attached bathroom. Our kids loved the bunk beds!! The condo was stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. Owners were helpful & quick to respond to questions. Very well maintained grounds. We will be back!!

Perfect Litchfield Rental

We had such a great time visiting my favorite beach, and this condo was a great fit for us! The condo had everything we needed in the kitchen, it was great to have our own laundry, but our overall favorite was the ice maker haha! The 3rd floor was the perfect height to sit on the balcony and watch the beach in the morning. The walk to the beach was short and the pool was never crowded. The owners were quick to respond to communication. We had a wonderful week wrapping up summer before the kiddos head back to school, and this condo made it so enjoyable. We sincerely hope to return again!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

So when your wife and grandchildren say "When are we coming back!!?" The condo has a beautiful view of the Atlantic and the pool. Everything spotless, beds comfortable, and everything well stocked. Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at this property. More than enough space for our family to stay for 2 weeks without feeling cramped. Easy access to the pool and beach, and the ability to use the unit's outdoor storage space for beach chairs was a plus. This condo has a homey feel, and we were pleasantly surprised with the amount of kitchen supplies made available, as well as a good number of games and puzzles to make rainy days more fun. We also loved having a dedicated ice maker, although very light sleepers may find it a bit loud when cycling. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and have already made a repeat reservation for next year.

Why they chose this property

We chose Litchfield because of the beautiful beaches and the resort style neighborhood. We enjoy the walking trails and bike trails throughout the neighborhood. We enjoy being close to Myrtle Beach for all the amenities but far enough away (25 miles) from the congestion and traffic. Everything here was at our fingertips and a bike ride away. Huntington Beach State Park is 5 miles away.
Litchfield is within driving distance of our home and we enjoy many family moments playing games, cooking together or playing bocce on the beach.
The sunrise is incredible and we enjoy walking the beach early morning. there is plenty of great restaurants in Murrells Inlet with good local bands and plenty of night life.

What makes this property unique

Supermarket, shopping, movies, and rental water sport gear all close by (walking distance). Murrell Inlets outstanding resturants about 5 miles away. Fishing charters at Murrell Inlet.
