Wonderful unit that was clean and comfortable! Neighborhood felt safe being in a gated community. I've never seen such a well stocked place with so many extras such as coffee, salt/pepper, paper products, soap, and even some laundry stuff. We had a short stay, but it was comforting to know items were there, if we needed it. Will definitely try to stay here again when in the area!
Very clean and well stocked. Unfortunately we did not have use of the pool due to repairs. I was offered a 300 refund which I appreciated. It was out of the owner’s hands but I would have rented a car so we could find a beach. I think the association could have alerted the owners!
Everything was great. It was just as described. We had an awesome stay in Bradenton.They had everything we needed for the pool and the beach. From beach towels, to tubes, pool noodles, sand castle tools, chairs, umbrellas and more, it was all there for us!!!Highly recommend.

That was by far the best I have stay at, very well stocked, comfortable beds, the area outside is really nice to watch birds and and lake, Community amenities are the huge plus: heated pool, tennis courts, children playground. Stores just 5 minutes walk, all major beaches within 30 minutes driving.

Sarasota townhouse was conveniently, located near plenty of grocery stores and restaurants. The pool area was close enough to walk, but also plenty of parking for driving.
The bed in the king room was firm, so be prepared if you are not used to a firm bed.
This is the second time we rented this property and it did not disappoint. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Being close to many attractions and the recreation area made the trip worthwhile for the grandchildren. The neighborhood was very quiet and everyone was very friendly. We are looking to come back again next year.
Rental was clean, amenities were great, rental was to close to beaches and entertainment, pool was outstanding, check in was easy, quiet friendly neighborhood ... will definitely rent this condo again.

Excellent place! Thoroughly enjoyed it. Only negative was the unit right next door was under construction for two full days, so hammering and extremely loud saw was loud through the walls. Just unlucky timing for us. Unit was great!
Unit was exactly as described, best of all there were so many extras. We have stayed in vacation rentals many times and have never had so many items supplied, dish soap, laundry soap, paper towels, paper goods, salt and pepper, tin foil, plastic wrap and best of all coffee!! It was nice to have coffee in the morning before we were able to get to the grocery store. There was even a few waters in the fridge, which was nice as our flight did not get in until 4:30 am and we were up all night. Pool was an easy walk away, furniture and beds were comfortable. Unit was super clean and was so convenient to amenities (Walmart, restaurants, CVS) and the highway. We will surely be back if staying in that area!
We had an excellent time at this VRBO condo. Everything was just like the pictures and very clean. We loved that the condo was in a gated community and it made us feel a lot more safe since we had not been to this area before. The personal parking space is also a plus. The pool was not busy anytime we went there and it was also clean and well maintained. It was confusing trying to get in at first but once we located the side gate there were no issues. Will definitely recommend this VRBO to others!
Pros:
Cute little townhouse in a gated community, as advertised. Close to everything. Very well-appointed kitchen, large bedrooms, cute patio with items to be used at the beach. Lovely view of the lake. Would stay here again if available on my next business trip to the area.
Cons:
No icemaker so you will need to bring ice.
The TV upstairs stopped working on my 2nd night (did not report this) and there were some sugar ants in the kitchen (also did not report this).

We have a pest control contract with Truly Nolen, they do monthly treatments, and we will make sure to point on this problem. All 3 TVs are brand new and under warranty. Just want to make sure what exactly stopped to work, so we can appropriately address this issue.

Townhouse was completely as described with pleasing decor and completely cleaned before our arrival. Amenities were above expectations, i. E. Nightstand lights had usb port to charge phone including one charging cable. Kitchen was fully equipped though we did not have a chance to use too much. The only disappointment was the queen beds are extra firm…..Not to my liking, but for those who do, you will be happy. Convenient location. Would definitely return when I am in the area.
Overall the listing was very accurate. I was even pleasantly surprised at some of the additional items we found in the house for use (such as a cooler). The home was clean, there were some ants, but those were minimal and traps were placed out. The only thing I will mention because it was not made clear to us is that you can exit the neighborhood easily (gate) to get to the pool (drive through another community), but when you return you will need to exit the community, go out on the main road and re-enter the gate code. It is all very quick, but worth the mention! The pool was large, a great temperature and clean! Overall a great property and a great experience.

I just noticed in your review you mentioned that we did not provide information about accessing pool via car. If you look into your message tab in a beginning where we sent check in information it does says that if you would like to drive to the pool you would need to use another entrance.
