Perfect property for large groups! We get so many requests to rent all three townhomes, that his listing is dedicated to just that. We own three renovated townhomes, and if you rent all three, you will have the pool and the backyard all to yourself! Each townhome is a three bedroom, 2.5 bath home, that also includes a free golf cart. Located only one block from the private Sunnyside Beach!

Perfect home for multigenerational families, baseball teams, and other larger groups. Parking for up to six cars. All townhomes have been renovated, with a large king bed in the master bedroom, and its only full ensuite bathroom. The two additional guest rooms include a queen bed in one room and a bunk bed in the other, with two twin beds. We also offer a pull out couch in the Livingroom.

Only four miles to Pier Park, Frank Brown Park and all 30A and Rosemary has to offer.

Enjoyed our stay

We rented all 3 units and it was perfect for our large family. The units were very clean. We loved having our private pool and the golf carts made the short ride to the beach much easier.

Great for Large Families

We rented all 3 townhomes and it was great for our large family. The homes were very clean, stayed cool, and the golf carts were helpful getting back and forth to the beach. A few things could be improved to earn 5 stars: need more seating in the living areas, lack of extra blankets (it was chilly at night), and the back patio furniture is old. Owners communicated well with us. We enjoyed the private pool.

Family Beach Vacation

The pool was fantastic and was deep enough for adults to enjoy (3-5ft), the golf carts made a quick trip to the beach so easy with little kids. Ease of check in (early at that!) and checkout was gracious and kind of the owner to allow us to check in a bit early. The AC in the unit kept all 3 units super comfy on 90+ degree days. We would love to rent the same units next year!!!

We had the best vacation here! Our family rented all three townhomes together and it worked out perfectly — everyone had their own space but we could all hang out as a group too. The units were super clean and comfortable, and having three golf carts was such a fun perk. We used them to zip around, but honestly the beach is so close you barely need them. The pool was a huge hit with both the kids and adults, perfect for afternoons after the beach.Sunnyside Beach itself is amazing — beautiful white sand, not crowded at all and room to play beach games! The location near Panama City Beach and Pier Park was perfect with so many great restaurants and things to do nearby. This spot made it easy to enjoy everything PCB has to offer, and we’d definitely love to come back!

Family Vacation

Location to beach was OK. Cleaning service did a poor job. Some maintenance issues need addressed. Sofa bedding was poor and wasn't useable which leads to misleading information on the listing. One of the units smelled like dog.
