Beautiful home just steps from downtown restaurants and minutes from Steps Beach. Main floor with kitchen and living room is a great space. Walking to dinner and drinks in the heart of Nantucket each night: priceless!

This home has amazing charm and a location that cannot be beat. You can tell the owners have incredible style as the items around the home are curated to provide the perfect Nantucket island setting for your vacation.

The property was as described in the posting:central location, natural light, impressive architecture. The main room was welcoming and comfortable. Nice outside seating area with grill. Very close to shopping and restaurants. One mile from beach.

Unacceptable parts of 2 Kite Hill - demand for partial refund

The Good: the property is in an ideal location, has fantastic gardens and the 1st floor room is a beauty. We loved the main room. The Bad: That said, we were extremely disappointed in several things about the property, its maintenance and its overall readiness for renters, including: - overwhelming mildew, mildew on towels, no hot water on arrival, unannounced visitors x2, stains on carpets, stains on chairs, un-useable grill, no ventilation in 3d bedroom, 2d bedroom no wall or door, broken light fixture. No apologies from owner for any of the above. We demand a partial refund.
