City Escape Villa in Kissimmee

This awesome City Escape Villa is located in Terra Verde Resort which are includes 89 acres of lush landscapes with lakes and tropical inspiration. The award-winning resort also includes a 6000 sq ft Clubhouse with a heated pool with hot tub, tiki bar, play area for children, table tennis, mini golf, basketball court, sand volleyball court and fishing lakes. These fantastic amenities are included for our guest use at no extra cost.

The Townhome is a 3 BR 2.5 Bathroom unit with private patio and it is in proximity to the Clubhouse. The villa also has a full kitchen, washer and dryer in the laundry room.

Located in Kissimmee Florida. 20-25 minutes from Disney, 30-35 minutes from Universal, Sea World and all the Orlando attractions. Terra Verde is only 23 miles from Orlando airport. A luxury resort community with 24/7 security guard gate.

We will provide you with a small supply of items but we also recommend to please stop at he nearest supermarket to purchase toiletries and desired meals. There is no daily housekeeping services but they are available upon request and at an additional fee.

Located South of 192 and off Poinciana Boulevard in Kissimmee Florida the neighborhood offers Restaurants, Walmart Supercenter, Publix Supermarket, Super Target, Walgreens Pharmacy. 25 Miles from Orlando Airport MCO,
7 miles from Disney World, 14 miles from Universal Studios, Island of adventure and 12 miles from Sea World. Celebration Golf Club (7miles). Kennedy Space Center 64Miles

A rental car is highly recommended. This is a privately owned & managed unit, but all guest must register at front desk upon arrival.

Wonderful find

The house was perfect for our needs.Clean and added touches like toilet roll kitchen roll bathroom amenities which we haven't had in previous rentals.Loved the little welcoming sign as we walked in the door.Looking forward to coming back .

Disney birthday

The resort has everything to accommodate the entire family. Game room, big pool, playground, basket ball, volleyball etc. The city escape villa was well maintained, very clean and in the perfect location. Only suggestion: TV in every room.
