Our open plan modern living area features a bespoke feature wall and huge ROKU streaming tv complete with soundbar, marble effect flooring and brand new furniture set featuring an L shaped sectional and new tables.

From here you can directly access the pool and also our games room.

We have given the kitchen a massive upgrade, in here you will find all new stainless appliances with onyx worktops and such appliances as a Keurig Machine and Air Fryer to really make this a home from home!

We have enough cookware and utensils for you and your guests.

Our breakfast bar and stools complete the kitchen!

Within the open plan area you will find our Dining Table, with enough space to seat 6 in comfort.

All linens, cook and bakeware, cutlery and crockery are provided.

The Second Master Ensuite on the upper floor features an enclosed shower, toilet and sink, again a hairdryer is provided for you along with all linens.

The shared bathroom for the twin rooms features a shower / bath combo, toilet and sinks, an hairdryer and all linens are included.

On the lower floor you will find a half bathroom featuring a toilet, sink and vanity.

Games Room
Escape from it all within our games room! With a new arcade machine and pool table too!

Pool

We have a large East facing pool for your enjoyment! This was resurfaced recently and now repainted with the rest of the home in the Spring of 2024!
Our pool is an amazing space with a covered lanai with large fan and a deck full of brand new furniture and a bench to stretch out on!

Adjoining the pool, you will find our spa, an amazing space to kick back after a day at the parks!
Finally, our pool and deck is made complete by an LED Mood Lighting System that lights up the deck in a range of colours of your choice!

For warmth in the cooler months, we have added a high capacity pool heater which will heat the pool over the Winter, this is available to you at a cost of $35 per night.

Outside
We are close to the Tuscan Hills Clubhouse which features a small gym, tennis and volleyball courts and a new Childrens play area.

Parking

We have converted the garage into a games room.

There is room for two small family cars / Mini SUV at the home (no Trucks, or mini vans, each car has to fit on the driveway, please ask if you are unsure)

Overnight street parking is not allowed on Tuscan Hills.

Hi Speed WIFI is available throughout the home, unlimited and is free to you!
