We loved staying at this location. Enough room for everyone and the kids enjoyed time in the game room. Pool was heated and everyone enjoyed their time in the pool. My family would recommend this house. Close enough to Disney (20mins or so) and Universal (45mins).

Awesome Vacation

Every time I go to Florida I always stay in the same house in Casterton because it's close to everything and the house is comfortable and I know where is everything. We enjoy the pool a lot, I don't have nothing bad to say about the house, all I could say it's excellent and very taking care off.

Our stay in this home went very well! It was nice and clean upon arrival it had a nice amount of apace for everyone and overall we had great time there! Only couple of negatives but were very minor the pool table didn't have workable cues and I also paid extra for pool to be heated..even though temp would read at 90° never quite felt warm but other then that home provided everything we needed to enjoy our trip!

Thanks for a wonderful stay! It was a beautiful home. The only thing I would recommend is furnishing a few more amenities like dish detergent and toilet paper and paper towels for convenience sake because we were late getting in and tired but had to go and get these things for the house. But everything was still great. Thanks again.

What can we say about this home, every time we go to Florida, we always ask to stay in this home, this would be our second home, this home makes you feel so comfortable & it's very spacious with 5bedrooms 3bathrooms, it's equipped with everything you need, closed to intersections 192, Walmart, restaurant, we love staying in this home, it has a pool which is the best for the kids, & pool tablet to play in the garage. I would recommend this house to anyone, this home I'll rate it at 100, it's beautiful on the inside and out. I go on vacation every 3months & always stay in this home.

Lovely stay

In a great location, shops nearby and near to attractions (30 mins Disney and 45 mins universal but this was more to do with traffic). Villa is a bit dated and needs touching up as some areas were worn, e.g. paint peeling and grout missing. The beds outside have seen better days and there was also a loose drawer in the large ground floor bathroom that we didn't touch as it looked like it would fall out! Other than this we had a fantastic stay and the pool was excellent. Cleaned every Monday and well looked after.

Big house, just a bit unclean

The pool was clean and well taken care of, the kids loved to swim every day. The walls in the house were dirty especially in the living room. In one of the bedrooms upstairs, the mattress was flipped over as the sheets had a urine stain. The house was spacious to fit my entire family. Overall, it was a great house, it just needed to be cleaned better and make sure linens are changed.

Would recommend!

I stayed with family which included children the house was great location was good! Everything was great the only downsides were the house is very outdated needs a little makeover. The cleaning was actually really good. The pool was the highlight very clean and its where we spent most of our time! I would definitely recommend if your not concerned about it not being modern and up to date decor! Pool table was not good huge lean but we didn't really need it. Bathrooms were very impressively clean. Street parking over night was not permitted and 2 of our cars were almost towed wish i would've known because driveway is very small barely fit 2 SUVs. Overall though very happy with my stay!

We had a great trip, and the House easily handled the 10 people in our group. everyone enjoyed thier stay, and the house deficiencies did not affect our vacation . Constructive improvements: -Upstairs shower head needed replacement (complete) - Top stairs needed laminate re-glued into position (Complete) -Pool Deck area could use a furniture update - one screen is loose in the pool area, outside wall top center. -Fridge leaking water into food area, had to clean several times during our stay -Stove burner control limited on main burner, hard to regulate low heat -Pool deck area could use a high pressure wash, remove weeds coming through concrete - Cold /hot water tap in master on suite is reverse of normal operation - appliances, Fridge, Stove, toaster, coffee maker are dated and could be upgraded -upstairs toilet keeps flowing after filling. I had to jiggle the handle several times when I heard it running from downstairs. this will cause higher water usage. Cail McCray

The home needs updating the plugs in the bathroom didn't work. The carpet on the stairs needed cleaning and the netting around the pool was split in areas. Other members of our party said the single beds were uncomfortable.

Holidays vacation

I fully recommend this property,very good area to stay,not far from the parks or shops,loved the pool and the area around it,specially because we had the sun all day,the caretaker of the house was very nice, we had a broken toaster and the caretaker brought us a new one in just two hours,we will definitely look for this house again when we visit Orlando.

Generally very good property, which is well located for access to the parks. It could do with a spring clean (lots of dust on the mirrors, paintings etc) and painting and minor issues (not worth reporting whilst on holiday) such as remote needs new batteries, corkscrew broken, plug doesn't fit in sink in kitchen, single beds need oiling as they creak but we enjoyed our stay at the property.
