'Notre Villa de Floride' is in a calm residence with a beautiful deck and large private pool. There is a residential tennis court.

The location is quiet. The neighborhood is charming.
The villa is close enough to highways to go quickly everywhere and far enough from all roads not to be disturbed by their noises.
All the bedrooms are spacious enough for everyone. The large terrace and the pool are south-facing and far away from neighbors.
The pool can be heated at an additional cost.
It's a pleasure to eat breakfast or dinner on the patio.
The supermarkets and many restaurants are closed.

Description:

A fully equipped kitchen: oven, hob, large fridge,
freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and utensils.

Four bedrooms
• 1 Master room with a King bed, TV, DVD player, private bathroom (shower and corner bath), dressing, direct access to the deck with the pool,
• A spacious bedroom with a Queen bed, TV,
• two bedrooms with two twin beds, TV, the color of lamps change

This property really made my birthday trip something special. The pool and the pool table both made for great family bonding time and the room were so comfortable even I, who suffers from insomnia, fell asleep right away.

Absolutely fabulous villa, very clean with every amenity you could ask for. Beds were very comfortable and spacious.The pool area was the icing on the cake, biggest pool for any villa we’ve stayed in. We paid for it to be heated (November) and it was like walking into a bath, lovely!Can’t wait to return thankyou so much.

This a fantastic villa for a family holiday. It is spacious, bright, and comfortable. The beds are fantastically comfortable. The pool is brilliant, large and deep, perfect for cooling off after a day at the parks. We would definitely return for another stay, when possible. The area is quiet, accessible and within easy reach of all local facilities and restaurants. It’s about half an hour from most of the parks. The owners are helpful and easily contactable.

Lovely place with everything we needed, we had the pleasure of nearly 4 weeks here and loved every minute, lovely big pool and good comfortable beds, reasonable distance to the parks although the I4 does get traffic build up we were generally at the parks within 30 odd minutes. Hosts were brilliant and even accommodated an extra night due to our flights being delayed by 24 hrs. Will stay again and would definitely recommend.

Lovely villa and amazing pool that was clean and a great size. Villa is in a quiet residential area and perfect location to parks etc. Host was very helpful and check in easy. Good size villa with everything we needed. A couple more sun loungers would of been nice 😊 Enjoyed our stay and would return.
