'Notre Villa de Floride' is in a calm residence with a beautiful deck and large private pool. There is a residential tennis court.

The location is quiet. The neighborhood is charming.
The villa is close enough to highways to go quickly everywhere and far enough from all roads not to be disturbed by their noises.
All the bedrooms are spacious enough for everyone. The large terrace and the pool are south-facing and far away from neighbors.
The pool can be heated at an additional cost.
It's a pleasure to eat breakfast or dinner on the patio.
The supermarkets and many restaurants are closed.

A fully equipped kitchen: oven, hob, large fridge,
freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and utensils.

Four bedrooms
• 1 Master room with a Queen bed, TV, DVD player, private bathroom (shower and corner bath), dressing, direct access to the deck with the pool,

Great Villa

Lovely place with everything we needed, we had the pleasure of nearly 4 weeks here and loved every minute, lovely big pool and good comfortable beds, reasonable distance to the parks although the I4 does get traffic build up we were generally at the parks within 30 odd minutes. Hosts were brilliant and even accommodated an extra night due to our flights being delayed by 24 hrs. Will stay again and would definitely recommend.

Great property with a large pool in a Lovely quiet location

Lovely villa and amazing pool that was clean and a great size. Villa is in a quiet residential area and perfect location to parks etc. Host was very helpful and check in easy. Good size villa with everything we needed. A couple more sun loungers would of been nice 😊 Enjoyed our stay and would return.

Excellent Villa

Loved our 2 week stay, everything you need is in this villa, pool area was amazing the whole family enjoyed the pool. Spacious rooms, good bathrooms. Games room in garage. The owner is very helpful and responsive. The area is very quiet, no noise, slept great. Easy traveling to Disney, Universal can take longer due to how busy the I4 can be, but that's no fault of the villa. We will definitely stay here again, it will be my first choice.

Fantastic Property

The property is in a great location, within touching distance of H27 and I4 so makes travelling to parks easy; there are lots of restaurants nearby too. The property had all the amenities required and we spent a lot of time in the pool which is probably the best we've had in any villa we've stayed at. The rooms are spacious and we all enjoyed relaxing in the large living room and playing pool in the garage. Would definitely stay the next time we visit.

Enjoyable stay

We really enjoyed our stay in the villa and would happily return again in future. The villa was spacious and clean, with everything we needed for a 2 week stay. The neighbourhood was quiet and we were never disturbed, or really even heard any neighbours. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed great sleeps after long days at the theme parks. The only downside was the travel time to Universal (upwards of 40 minutes at least) due to how busy the roads were.

Great wee property and brill pool

Loved the villa the pool and the amenities. Needs a little updating but that was to be expected. Pool wasn’t warm for the first 9 -10 days management company sorted it but was a bit annoying as we paid for it and had a family member unable to use it due to temp. We left mountains of pool inflatables and things for any kids. Pool area was bad for ants but not a lot that can be done I suppose. I’d defo return and I’m happy with the price I paid only expection being the pool heat for the first half. Thanks again to the owners and management company hopefully be back soon

Excellent A+++ villa

We've rented many villas in Orlando. This is by far the best. Quiet location, beautiful pool and patio area. Great TV and gadgets. My husband and son loved playing pool in the garage when we were stuck inside with no electricity due to hurricane Ian. The owner was very responsive with any queries we had. Universal is about a 50 minute drive, not an issue for us. There was nothing that we needed. We will be coming back!

Amazing!

The Villa was perfect for our stay. Excellent location, quiet and safe neighbourhood. The Villa itself was really well equipped with everything we needed. Highlight without doubt was the large swimming pool. Communication with the owners leading up to the rental was exceptional. Will 100% definitely be looking to stay here again!!!!

Fantastic property

Just returned after 3 weeks at this property. It is located well, 5 mins to Champions Gate for shops and food and access to I4. 5 mins the other way to US27 and shops, food and access to I4. The villa is in a quiet residential street. Comfortable and well equipped with TV's in every room with Netflix/Amazon prime accounts. Excellent wifi, new appliances in kitchen. Central A/C with fans in every room. The pool area is first class, a large covered area with seating and an excellent pool. The owners are slowly modernising the property, don't let you this put you off. This is one of the best located and comfortable villas we have stayed in, having visited this area for over 25 years.

Relaxing Villa Stay

What a wonderful villa Clean and tidy with everything needed for a relaxing stay . Probably the best private pool we have ever stayed at certainly big enough to swim in . Hopefully will be back soon

Quiet area, Lovely pool

Difficulty getting the key safe to open on arrival, it took 3 people several attempts each to get the safe to open. Difficulty contacting owners as country code not clear for owner’s cell number Lounge area had comfortable sofas, Goggle TV with various remotes. Lighting is controlled by yet another 2 remotes for colour changing and brightness. However be warned the lights go off after 20-30mins!! Kitchen - new appliances, everything you need to cook. Work tops have been painted and are now showing wear and tear with chips appearing. Difficult to keep clean, and not entirely sure that it is hygienic. Tap in sink not easy to move between the 2 half sinks Master suite a let-down! Shame this has not been upgraded to the same standard as the living area!! Queen bed so uncomfortable, mattress sagged and frame squeaked. Drawer units - be careful not to pull out too far as could land on your foot! Pool heater/ pump is right outside and is noisy Master en-suite - no extractor fan. Taps drip constantly but luckily the sinks don’t have any plugs so the sound of the water hitting them is not an issue! No hand towels anywhere in the villa but plenty of bath towels and face cloths, some better quality than others. Watch as you go in from the bedroom that you don’t catch your feet on the gripper rod under the carpet as there is no bar in the doorway Blinds at window in dining area do not have an adjuster so either permanently closed or open. All vertical blinds need some attention as none of them work correctly. No cleaning equipment in the villa except for a hoover. No mop for the hard floors in kitchen, living area and bathrooms, luckily we didn’t spill anything! Expensive to buy cleaning supplies for short term rental when they won’t get used up. Management company quick to sort problem- came out same day to see to problem but did everything except what was wrong! Plumber called after 2nd call and matter was sorted the following day. Pool probably the best part of the villa. Outside pool area is south facing so lots of sun all day. Pool was heated (at cost to us) so was warm. However, pool light didn’t work, and it would be nice to have a fan outside on very hot days. Luckily no one had any mobility issues as the hand rail into the pool had been removed. The bolts from the rail were still in situ, and were above ground level so be careful of any children around the pool The front and back door mats were very worn. Not a welcoming sign on arrival

A great villa in a quiet community

We have, as a family, holidayed in the Orlando area for a number of years. This is the first time we have stayed on the Loma Vista community which is well placed for the I4, US27, and US192. Situated around 20 minutes for Disney, and around 30 minutes from Universal, ‘Notre Villa de Floride’ is located in a quiet area close enough to all the action Orlando can offfer. ‘Notre Villa de Floride’ is a great villa, equipped with everything you will need for a trip to Orlando and large enough for an extended family, or two groups with four large bedrooms. The pool and large deck area are south facing and we enjoyed the sun from around 0900 through to 1900. Great after a day at the parks, or exploring the surrounding area. Jean Michel and Anne-Laure were great to deal with, and respond quickly. This is one of the best villa’s we have had the pleasure of using and will certainly be back in the future.

Very well maintained property, at prime spot near attractions

First of all I found this property bigger than it appears on the photos. It was sparkling clean when we entered first time. All bedrooms got either double beds or two single beds and are of good size. Swimming pool is very nice and clean and heating is very well maintained. Very very small things have been taken care of that helps on day 1 i.e. washing up liquid bottle, dishwasher tables, hand wash bottle on the kitchen, spare dustbin bags and off course shampoo, shower gel, hand wash soap in bathroom, etc. Publix (similar to Walmart), Macdonald, Wendy’s, Chilli’s (restaurants) are just on the 5 minutes’ drive and are open till 10pm. Walmart and other food chains as well just 15/20 minutes away. All attractions (Disney, Universal, Sea World, Bush Gardens, etc.) are within 15/20 Kilometres range; this is a perfect location to stay. Owners retuned the deposit just in the next week after vacating the property – they are really professionals. My boys loved this property; we will definitely rent it again if we revisit Orlando.

The villa witj amazing outside space.

The photographs were exactly like the villa. The children all chose their favourite room. The beds were all extremely comfortable and the air conditioning kept us cool. We loved the pool and ate outside everyday. The community is quiet and the varied wildlife fascinated us all. The kitchen was not lacking in equipment. It had more than expected in a holiday rental. If I have only one suggestion it would' be to update sofa,, very comfortable but a little tired. Thank you both for providing a lovely, comfortable home from home. We would definitely try to book your villa again.
