Sleeps 6, 3 bedrooms. 120' beach front, dock and raft shared with small number of neighbors. Bikes and kayaks, 12' sailboat. Great swimming spot. Borders Long Point State Park (hiking/cycling trails). 5 minute drive to Bemus Point or Midway amusement park. 15 minutes to Chautauqua Institution or Jamestown (LucyFest, Natl Comedy Center, Reg Lenna, Roger Tory Peterson). Wildlife, birds, privacy. Nice walk to Bemus along Lakeside Drive. Make great memories at the Lake!

Great property!

This home is on the west side of Chautauqua Lake and the view is outstanding. The house has a rustic look but is up to date inside. If you are looking for a relaxing spot to get away, this is it.

Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rick’s place. He was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. His place was perfect for gathering with our family; cards by the fire, chats on the porch overlooking the lake, and boating from their dock. We’re hoping to do it all again next year!
