This was an amazing home to stay in while we were visiting. Perfect location for balloon pilots (or even those want to watch the flights)! The backyard was huge and gave the dogs and kids a lot of room to run around. We can't wait to stay here the next time we come to town.

This house was wonderful! Very spacious, and everything was very comfortable and clean! Donna is an amazing host! The neighborhood was quiet and even though we were there over the Fourth of July, the fireworks in the neighborhood were not excessive. We will definitely consider staying there again if we ever will be visiting Rio Rancho again. Thanks, Donna!

I am local, and needed a last-minute place to stay with my dog during home renovations. This place is exactly as described—spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room outdoors (had it been less windy—gotta love New Mexico!) and a huge fenced yard great for kids, family, or my large doggo. I’ve already recommended it to my out-of-town family and wouldn’t hesitate to put visiting friends up here in the future. Really lovely place to hide away for a few days and get some solid sleep! Donna was quick to answer my initial questions and very accommodating of my upfront request for a late checkout. Oh, and I wish every host would label finicky TVs and drains—so helpful!

Easy Check-in. Donna was flexible about our family needing an earlier check-in. The house was clean and comfortable. Kitchen had most anything you need, The beds were comfortable. The location was close to most stores in Rio Rancho. We loved being able to pull our car in the garage to unload from our activities everyday. My only negative is the backyard. I feel it is not for very small children. It is very large, however, it is all sand and as I walked around, there were a few broken pieces of glass. I also host BBs and to try to clean up backyards as much as possible, so I understand. The courtyard was nice, The games (cornhole, horseshoes and volleyball net and ball) need to be replaced.

We had a great stay, and we hope to return next year. It was a great relief to find the property was just as advertised. I always look for clean, and often pictures and reviews are deceiving. Not in this case. This house is very clean and comfortable. Decorated nicely...very homey. It was just a great place to stay! Deb was great!

This was the perfect place for our group of ladies. We each had our own room. This was close to the Event center and an easy drive to Albuquerque. We loved the decor! It had beautiful authentic pottery and copper wall hangings. The outside xylophone was delightful! Thanks for sharing this very peaceful place.
