The townhouse is located at Encantada resort, a guard gated community with a lot of amenities, such as two large pools, a hot tub jacuzzi, playground, business center, Fitness room, cafe at the club house.
Our vacation home is fully equipped to make you feel at home, spacious bedrooms and full kitchen.
Plus, you'll be just minutes away from Disney's theme parks allowing you to make the most of your vacation.
If you don’t feel like going to the parks you can have a lot of fun at our screened patio with a private pool and bbq grill.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
The garbage disposal is located at the end of the street
Gather all the towels downstairs in the laundry room
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Only registered guests allowed. $100 fee per unauthorized guest per night.
The grill is available for an additional $30 fee.
The late check out (before 12 pm) or an early check in fee (after 2 pm) are $50.
