The unit is newly renovated, brand new granite kitchen counter tops, new tiled bath room, refinished original hard wood floors, new furniture, comfortable memory foam mattress.

This cute little one bed one bath is in a quiet neighborhood, it’s brand new inside with restored original hard wood floors. Bed is new, queen sized.

The home features a small office desk/chair, couch, smart TV (log in using your Netflix, Amazon, Google account). In unit washer/dryer and laundry detergent provided. Iron and ironing board available.

Coffee, tea, fresh towels and linens, kitchenware provided. WIFI internet access.

Kitchen has pots and pans, utensils, spatulas, spices, Brita water filter, coffee maker, toaster, microwave.

10 minute drive to Duke
18 minute drive to RDU airport

Perfect spot, just as described

We had a wonderful stay here. Everything was clean and tidy, the AC worked great, and the check in process was effortless. Wonderful communication with the host, we will definitely stay here again when we’re in the area. Can’t recommend this spot enough!

The property was great—easy to access in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown. The hosts were very accommodating, anticipating needs before any questions presented themselves. Arriving on a cold night, the heater was already set to a warm temp, which was really appreciated and thoughtful.
