Brand new, studio apartment centrally located less than a mile from everything, including the Plaza! This beautiful, newly renovated space features plaster walls, a full kitchen and indoor-outdoor living space. Relax on your private patio after a hike on one of the many close mountain trails. There are several excellent coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and a rose garden park just a short walk away!

The space
The studio has a large glass door that raises, opening up the living space to the outdoor patio. The studio is attached to the main house, but has completely separate parking, entrance and very private space. The two walls connecting to the main house are insulated and solid concrete for privacy.

We are a psychologist and executive coach husband and wife duo, with a passion for travel, real estate, and design. We love finding special properties in locations we would like to live part-time, then renovate and transform those properties into spectacular homes. We rotate around living in various places, and open up our houses to rent out when we aren't there. We love sharing our homes with other travelers, and hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
Why they chose this property
We love how safe and centrally located this house is to all that Santa Fe has to offer! We take daily walks to the beautiful rose garden park just a few blocks away. There are several great hikes a few minutes away. It's an easy one-mile, straight-shot walk to the plaza, on a beautiful street with a side walk.
What makes this property unique
For the price, you won't find anything better in Santa Fe! Everything is newly renovated, it is kept extremely clean and will have everything you need for a wonderful stay-- including a full kitchen!
