This property is definitely a good value for the price! The unit itself was very clean, as noted by other reviewers, which we liked and appreciated. A few things to know before you go -- washing machine and dishwasher have both seen better days and are rusted; same with the bottom of the pool. The larger community was also not very clean, with a lot of visible trash on the grounds. Lastly, there are a lot of signs throughout the unit warning about all sorts of extra charges you may incur if you misstep that felt over the top, including prohibiting setting the AC below 72 degrees. The community pool was excellent (but the toddler splashed was out of service), and the drive to Disney was very easy and close. A lot of positives about the unit!

Awesome stay

Location was great and close to several shopping centers! Nice, clean, and inviting rental. The family enjoyed the home, pool, and resort style amenities. No need to bring supplies, everything was included which made it feel like home away from home.Thank you for the great hospitality

We had an amazing stay at this cozy and super clean home in Kissimmee! The space is thoughtfully decorated, comfortable, and spotless — you can really tell the host takes pride in keeping it well-maintained.The location is fantastic! It’s close to everything — theme parks, shopping, and especially a great selection of Brazilian restaurants, which was a huge plus for us.Communication with the host was smooth and responsive from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

Perfect

This was my favorite stay thus far with traveling. So clean! Exactly as pictured. Perfect location. We drove to Disney & had no issues with traffic congestion. The pool was great. I also loved the adult bedrooms being separate from the kids. We will stay here again. I cannot recommend enough.

Wonderful experience!

We rented this home for a volleyball tournament taking place at the Orange County Convention center! This home was perfect for our family! The owners made the process easy from beginning to end and answer any questions that I had! They were very friendly and very helpful! The pictures very very accurate! Our children loved the themed rooms! We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this property over the Christmas/New Years break. The owners were extremely responsive to let us know check in/out procedures or answer any questions we had prior to arriving. Once we were there, we loved the house even more than the pictures showed. The living area is a lot bigger than the pictures make it look so we were very pleased. They went above & beyond to make sure we had a nice stay. There was plenty of parking and we were also pleasantly surprised to see a little green space in front of the section of townhomes/condos that we were in. It had Adirondack chairs and picnic tables and nice green space for the kids to play. We took a walk a few times down tot he playground area and the kids enjoyed that- it even had some exercise equipment so parents could workout. The beds were very comfy, great linens, towels etc. The kitchen had everything we needed, plus some fun Mickey appliances so we had Mickey waffles one morning. The Community pool area was nice. The water slides were down for the first couple days we were there, but the lazy river, pool and hot tub provided more than enough stuff for the kids to do. It was super busy on New Years Eve but that's to be expected. Every other day we went over there were plenty of seats available. The kids enjoyed swimming at the house as well, we had the pool heated and it was warmer than the air so it felt nice. There were a few noodles and balls the kids could play with as well so that was a bonus!
