Modern Mission Hills Country Club Townhome

This beautiful 2,670 square foot unit condo located at Mission Hills Country Club has 3 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths with views of golf course and mountains. The living room has high beamed ceilings, a fireplace and wetbar and extends out to a covered patio with views of the mountains beyond. The large front courtyard provides private outdoor living and dining. There is a TV in every bedroom and a large screen TV in the family room. Our covered outdoor patio has a BBQ and seating for 8, with views of the mountains. This home is perfect for entertaining while you're in the desert!

This house comes fully equipped and ready to use. In the master bedroom there is a king bed, with separate luxurious dressing room and bathroom with double vanity. The second bedroom has king bed and a bathroom next to it that is shared with the third bedroom. The third bedroom as a queen bed.

Every room has sliding glass doors to take full advantage of the gorgeous surrounds and views and for indoor/outdoor living. There is a beautiful courtyard in the front and a patio in the back.

There is a 2 car detached garage a short walk from the unit.

Beautiful air quality and warm sunshine for all activities from reading under the shade of a tree or relaxing by the pool to a round of golf on the champion Pete Dye golf course located nearby at the Westin Mission Hills Hotel.
