Renovated Beach Front Studio - Hawaiian Inn Resort

This newly renovated, 188-square-foot studio is located on the ground floor of the Hawaiian Inn Beach Resort. It offers beach and ocean views, plus convenient access to the pool and beach.

The studio is compact and cozy, making it best suited for one or two guests. It features a full-size bed, a spacious bathroom, a large mounted flat-screen TV, and the essentials needed for a comfortable stay.

As a ground-floor corner unit, you can step outside and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the sunrise and ocean views. The studio is also just steps from the pool and tiki hut, making it easy to grab a great spot in the morning.

The studio includes:

Mini refrigerator and freezer
Microwave
Coffee maker
Cups, glasses, plates, bowls, and utensils
Soap, shampoo, and conditioner
Bath towels
Large flat-screen TV
Basic cleaning supplies

The beach is accessible from the south side of the resort, where you can walk for miles and may even catch a space launch.

Important information:

Free parking is available, but trailers over 16 feet are not permitted.
No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the studio.
No pets allowed.

This studio is privately owned and located within the Hawaiian Inn Beach Resort. Occasionally, there may be noise from resort maintenance or other hotel-wide activities that are outside our control.

We booked this room for the Daytona Jeep Beach 2026 event. Communication with the host was excellent from day one, always very responsive and willing to answer any questions. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and precise. The room is very clean, well maintained, and has direct access to the beach and pool—perfect for one or two people. The parking is very spacious, which was a big plus. The location is also excellent, with pharmacies, supermarkets, pizzerias, and more just a short distance away. This will definitely be our first option when we return to Daytona!

Cozy place close to the beach

We had a nice stay here. It is a very small space and works well for two people. Great location by the pool and close to the beach. Quiet and clean with great coffee.

It was a solid property - small but solid. Good for a quick stay and being close to the beach. If you’re looking for more room and want a view of the beach, I’d recommend somewhere else. But overall, good stay with a solid location.

Great Labor Day!

Our stay in this studio was great for our Labor Day! The size of the unit is perfect for smaller vacations. The location is only steps from the pool and the beach which is wonderful. Everything was very clean and the communication with the property manager was easy. I will try booking this unit the next time I'm in town!

Perfect little slice!

Room is exactly as described it’s small but perfect for a single person or a couple that enjoy each others company! Pool was great beach is fantastic. Tiki bar a little disappointing (mostly hours of operation) but that is really the only negative. SEVERAL things to do/eat/play within 5-10 minutes!

Perfect Studio Apartment

My husband and I stayed here during our daughter's NCA collegiate cheer competition at the Daytona Beach Bandshell. I just wanted to say that this studio apartment that we booked was perfect! The room is beautiful, comfortable and was super clean with all amenities that we needed. The pool was also beautiful and the beach is just steps outside the door. My husband and I are planning on booking this apartment next year!

The floors in the apartment had not been mopped, the air was stuck on 60 degrees almost froze to death … No extra blankets, and did not give us the code for internet was very disappointed will not rebook..

The floors were mopped the morning before your check in, however, being on he gorund floor sand does sometimes get in when the door is opened and closed. I was not aware about the thermostat but we could have fixed this ASAP if we were made aware. We'll take your comments into consideration and thae the necessary actions. Thank you

Very Nice Stay

My son and I enjoyed our stay while in town for a portion of Daytona 500 race weekend. The unit is small but perfect for a solo traveler or party of 2. Michael sent very clear instructions for check in and checkout and it was very easy to access the unit. It was very close to the pool deck, where you could also walk out and enjoy some ocean views. Everything in the unit seemed brand new and it came with everything we needed. We will certainly consider staying again in the future.

Everything was great with the room… it as as described. The second shift bartender needs a new job somewhere else. EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! We bought pizza to eat outside and he came over to our table slapped some “ pool rules” down and told us he could throw us out!!! In front of our children!!!

Room is smaller than it looks in photos. Location is great, you can walk out of your door and go straight to the pool and beach. No parking pass was left in the room for us. Had to call the host multiple times trying to get one. Ended up borrowing one from a family member also staying at the hotel. Room is extremely warm and muggy/humid. Despite the air being on, the room stayed around 75 and above our entire stay. Overall, not the most comfortable stay. Host is nice but didn’t respond after check out.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry the room felt warm during your stay. The AC issue affected the entire hotel, but thankfully, it has now been resolved. As for the parking pass, the previous guests accidentally took it with them. We offered to have our cleaner bring you another one, but you said there was no need since you were able to borrow a pass from a family member staying at the hotel. We apologize again for the inconvenience and are glad you enjoyed the beachfront location!

You will want to verify that the door has no issues. I had trouble with the handle sticking and it apparently was not locking. I would suggest you verify prior to booking.
