You are invited to visit our spacious tropical pool home in Venice Fl, close to Sharkeys, Venice, and other beaches. You will find four bedroom home with a two bathrooms and equipped office space and the family room perfect for entertaining. Fully renovated kitchen has everything you need. to enjoy your stay. Right of the kitchen you’ll find the dining room With a table to sit eight people. Rooms has walk in closets. Lastly, our outside area has large caged, heated, saltwater swimming pool, great relaxing area, grill, and much more.

Nice visit

The house is very nicely decorated. Everything that you would need is provided. The gulf beaches and downtown Venice are only a couple miles away.

Nice house, easy stay, inaccurate description and listing

This home was in a great location for our needs, and in general was clean, pleasant and comfortable. Once we pointed several issues including falsities on the listing, the owner answered a few questions and then stopped communicating. Here is what you should know: - This home will not sleep 10 adults, maybe 6 adults and 4 children. Otherwise bring blow-up mattresses. Bring extra blankets as there are only sheets and very thin quilts on the beds. - The fourth bedroom is an office with a twin futon - There is NO OVEN. They only have an air fryer on the counter. It is like an oversized toaster oven. - There is NO MICROWAVE. Forget popcorn or warming anything quickly - There is only a tiny light in the pool which takes forever to come on and does practically nothing. The LED lighting that is embedded in the edge of the pool does not work - forget swimming once it is dark. - beautiful tub in the Master Bedroom is marked "Do Not Use" this label seems like it has been there awhile. - the VRBO listing clearly says hot tub and there is NO HOT TUB. - They have strict rules about no shoes in the house despite that there is no carpeting, and strict limits on the A/C. - Finally they require you to start laundry before you leave and yet still charge a cleaning fee. The misrepresentations in this listing greatly affected where I would have chosen to stay. If these issues do not affect you then it is a very nice place to stay.
