This little slice of paradise is exactly as described and communication with the host (Krista) was fast and courteous. Every time I reached out, she was very polite and accommodating. The property is a 5 minute bike ride or 2 minute drive over the Bridge of Lions into the beautiful St. Augustine where we took in the sights and fireworks. I would definitely stay here again. The place was immaculate and has everything one would need for a lengthy stay. Hot tub was a back saver and pool was gorgeous with a private back yard.

Very well maintained property and everything went very well on our stay. The swimming pool and hot tub were a nice way to end the evening relaxing after long hot days in the sun.

This place is awesome! Daniel and Krista are great hosts. Everything you need is in this rental. The unit is beachy down to the fantastic decorations and the lanai is to die for! We will be back! Excellent property and close to everything you want to do!

Best VRBO couch ever

This was an amazing stay. So comfortable- in every sense of the word. Everything you could possibly need to live here- your home away from home. Pool and patio were perfect. So relaxing not to mention the BEST couch we’ve ever had in a vrbo! Will be back!

260 S. Matanzas

Location was convenient and near many visitor opportunities. The hot tube was a bonus. Everything was functional. The bikes were nicely equipped for beach goers. The house decor was not our style and was cheaply furnished. The bedspread was very dirty and all items were worn and outdated. The kitchen had everything but looked like 30 years of a collection of everything. The house was extremely damp and all our belongings smelled of mildew. Not worth all the money we spent.

Hot tub and pool were great for tired feet, as was the screened in back porch/patio. Two good bikes for riding around residential neighborhood and over to the ocean. Two of our three people are wildlife photographers. Being around the corner from the Alligator Farm Rookery was important to us. will definitely stay here again.
