We really enjoy our stay. This place had everything that you need. The rooms were very spacious and plenty of room for 10. The beach was only across a small private street and I was even comfortable my kids to cross. It was very easy to connect with the host. We will definitely come back .

This place was very much as advertised! The beds were perfect for our family, the balcony was awesome, and we appreciated the extra beach “gear”. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Mary was so helpful and patient with all my questions. Parking and check-in was a breeze too. We’d love to come back next year.

Condo was clean and spacious. It had a great view with close access to the beach. The location is conveniently in walking distance to restaurants. We enjoyed the Back Porch restaurant and the Candy Shop. We used both of the pools and the gym. We enjoyed our stay and hope thus condo is available next time we want to vacation in Destin.

Amazingggg!!!!

Great location! The apartment is very spacious and beautiful. Very well kept. Phenomenal location with great access to the private beach area. Great pool amenities. We had a great time and will definitely come back in the future. I highly recommend.

Home away from home

We have stayed at Sterling shores for our family vacation the last 6 years. We can comfortably stay in one condo with 2 families and Nana with each family having their own space and bathroom! The beach area is sometimes busy but we can always find our own spot. We love eating at the back porch and having our own kitchen to cook in. This condo is one of the best furnished ones we have rented. There were plenty of water toys to use at the beach/pool in addition to enough seating on the patio. Thank you for another great vacation!

Wonderful condo!

My family stayed in this beautiful, spacious condo for Spring Break and enjoyed every minute! There were six of us, two of which were under 5 and there was plenty of room for us all to enjoy a comfortable stay. It is beautifully furnished, has a large washer and dryer, plenty of beach chairs and toys, and comfortable furniture and large TVs for lounging at night. I'd highly recommend this condo for anyone traveling with a group - it would easily fit two families! This was our third time staying in Sterling Shores and we just adore the property - everything is clean and easy to navigate. We will be back!!

2026 family trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 301 in Sterling Shores was absolutely wonderful. The management team took great care of us. When I told them about the shower issue in the main bathroom they fixed it right away! Then there was the issue with the AC in the front end of the unit and agin they worked hard to get it right eventually replacing the entire AC unit! We will for sure be looking into this unit in the future.
