Spacious- house does need some work- but very pleasant.
Overall I had a great stay. The house was clean and spacious for my group. Great parking and good location to Raymond James Stadium. The price was great. There are some room for improvements in the house. The 2nd bathroom door does not latch/lock, the floor mainly in the living room does need to be replaced, and small things like the soap dispensers, towels bars, etc. would fall off if used or had fallen off before we got there. Also the backyard fence is falling down looked like some pretty strong winds or a car had caused it. I also was not given the code to get into the house until I called upon arrival making the check in a bit stressful worried that I would drive all that way and not get the code; however, they always answered the phone! Basics were covered, one towel for each person, an air fryer, oven, fridge, microwave, etc. I apricate that they do not require a laundry list of things to do at check out. Nothing super fancy, but a good option for its intended purpose/location.
This place was not even close to what the pictures described. It was dirty, no washcloths to wash our faces, no hand towels either, washer and dryer were in a beat up garage filled with filthy clothing, sheets and towels so you couldn’t even use them. The yard was disgusting, broken down fencing all along the back. We saw cockroaches running through the house when lights would go on, just so dirty and filthy. And the neighborhood was very sketchy, car alarms went off throughout the night. One roll of toilet paper for two bathrooms, and not a lot of kitchenware to choose from. I think most of the reviews were made up. I definitely won’t be staying again or recommend this place.

Pre-Cruise Stay
The house was adorable and very clean on the inside. Unfortunately, the yard and outdoor space really needs some TLC as it makes it look like the home is not properly cared for. We had a little trouble figuring out how to get in as the lock box for the key was not hanging on the doorknob and there was a key pad on the door. Someone did answer a text and help us figure it out pretty quickly. There are not alot of kitchen amenities and no regular sized coffee pot or Keurig available. Also, the mattresses are memory foam, so if you don't like memory foam, you may want to reconsider. All in all we needed a safe, clean space for 2 couples to stay near the port for one night and that's what we got. I would recommend for that purpose.
Property was adequate. A few things I missed were hot pads, dish towels, wash clothes and bedside lamps. Also would have been nice to have coffee provided. The neighborhood was very well lit. Would have been nice to be able to turn off the back porch light.

Would not stay again
We just checked out yesterday (3/30/2025). Upon arrival, we were immediately underwhelmed because the front yard was a mess. The grass/weeds has not been mowed since probably before winter, and there was garbage near the porch, along with lots of tree debris in the yard. Upon entering the house, we were surprised at the "living room" because the only place to sit was a futon-type loveseat, that was not very comfy for 3 people. The bedrooms were fine, nothing fancy, but not terrible either; however, the 2 guest bedrooms need bedside tables with lamps, and it would be nice to have some sort of chest or dresser in each room to unpack your suitcases. There are a couple places in the floor where it feels like the tile is going to break if you step on it. Possibly a hole underneath? The bathrooms themselves are fine; however, all bath towels are in need of an upgrade. Some had bleach spots all over them and they feel like they were cheap to start with. The backyard was worse than the front yard. The fence has been damaged (looks like a while ago) and is in need of repair, especially since we paid extra to bring our dog. Also, the Japanese plum tree in the backyard produces some type of berry that is toxic to dogs, so just a heads-up if you are planning on bringing your pet. We saw several roaches in bathrooms (I know typical for FL), so maybe the owner should have house sprayed occasionally. On a positive note - communication through the app with Veronica was excellent.
Absolutely filthy everywhere. Walls were disgusting, hair everywhere, dirty sheets on the beds that we wash ourselves as well as dirty towels left in one bathroom and wet towels were placed on the beds. Wet towels were shaped into flowers so no way it wasn’t known when they were left.Contacted owner about bedding and she basically insinuated I was lying. Pictures make it look much nicer than it is. Do not stay here!
If you are looking for a resort this is not your place. But for a pkace to sleep thus was a great house. Was pretth clean and equipped.

Disliked: Amenities
I have pictures of all if owners want to reach out to us.. I know they had a hurricane but they at least could have fixed a part of the fascia that was hanging down onto the outdoor patio and because of that we could not use it. There were at least three to six cats on the back property the whole time we were there so my grandson could not play in the backyard. The blankets in the closet master bedroom smelled like wet dog. To of the coffee cups that we took out of the cupboard to use next morning still had coffee in and on them, not coffee stains but when I washed it the coffee went away. The vents are in desperate need of sweeping off cleaning the surrounding areas. Door frames need to be washed. Tile flooring is separating in several places. Like I said if the owner wants to reach out I took a ton of pictures. It's a cute place decent location decent price it just needs some elbow grease. And whoever is on call did not get back until I reached out to them again the next day because the back sliding door would not lock. The night we arrived even VRBO tried to call the two phone numbers they had and never got a return call. But like I said elbow grease a bit of tweaking here and there it'd be a great
Very convenient to the port amd the neighborhood is nice

The unit may have been a 5 star at one point but it has started showing its age. The flooring needs to be completely changed. The home needs a thorough cleaning. The bedsheet had large stains on them. The quality of the home has been neglected.

Hot water
The hot water did not work. Had to take cold showers in the morning.
I am writing as a very dissatisfied customer regarding my recent stay. My experience was far from satisfactory due to several serious issues that were left unresolved throughout the duration of my visit.First and foremost, there was no hot water available for the entire stay! This is a basic necessity that should never be overlooked. I contacted the homeowner promptly about the issue, but no action was taken, and they did not even come to the property to address the problem. This was unacceptable and created a highly inconvenient and uncomfortable situation.Additionally, there were multiple maintenance concerns:Soft spots were noticeable on the floor, which raised safety concerns. One of the nightstands had a broken leg, making it unusable. The yard was untidy and poorly maintained. The trim on the roofline in the backyard was visibly hanging, adding to the overall sense of neglect. While the home was clean, and towels were provided, there were no washcloths available, which felt like another oversight.I am deeply disappointed, particularly with the homeowner's lack of responsiveness and failure to address the hot water issue. This is a basic amenity that should have been dealt with immediately. My stay was significantly impacted by these issues, and I expect VRBO to take appropriate action to ensure this does not happen to other guests.I request a follow-up regarding how this matter will be resolved, including a refund or compensation.
