About this property

1-bedroom apartment just 6 minutes drive to Lithia & Driveway Fields

Extended stay ( 2 weeks or more) furnished 1 bedroom apartment above my shop adjacent to my house. Secure with locked gate and enclosed area below for dogs or play, very private and we probably won’t even meet each other unless a problem. I provide all utilities/amenities including WiFi and Spectrum cable/Roku pay-for-view. Somewhat in the rural area of Medford, 15 min. to airport and downtown, 10 min.to Jacksonville, 25 min. to Ashland, bus stop 1 mile. Store, gas, deli, ATM across the street.
The space
Steet in front of unit can be somewhat noisy during the day but well insulated and still quiet. I work in the shop
below for a few hours in the mornings on most day on my cars. Probably not right for a day sleeper.

The entire apartment/parking area/picnic table.
Other things to note
The ceilings above appliances and side of bed are gabled to 4 feet on 2 walls- see pictures, may have to watch your head.

Great transition space

I stayed here for almost three weeks while waiting to get into my new home. The location was nice, with a convenience store across the street. I would stay again!

Private and quiet location just outside Medford city limits but still close to everything like hospitals, airport, dining, theaters and other venues and public transportation,

What makes this property unique

Stand alone building adjacent to my house. More like a next door neighbor than a guest. Can be completely non-contact and usually is. Lock box for keys and fenced yard for pets (supervised and cleaned up after). Pets welcome but must not be a nuisance- ie barking. There is a extra $100 cleaning for pets.
