House was clean, beds were very comfortable, there was no hair dryer and no Kleenex or decaf coffee which are items you expect in a hotel or rental such as this. It was comfortable, but could use a little TLC.Restaurants and stores were nearby and it was conveniently located to Ashland as we went to the Shakesphere Festival to see a play.

Host was not helpful via email but our stay was good and it was nice to be close to Rogue X. The kids could walk back and forth all weekend for their swim meet.
